I had a few hours here today, it was just what I needed. I enjoyed a fantastic massage after which I took some time to relax in the sauna and jacuzzi. No rush, the staff are on hand if you do need anything and are very helpful and polite. I'll definitely be back again.

The resort lovely with a luxurious look, the employees friendly and customer service oriented. The room is spacious and clean and the toiletries provided is nice. However, there are a few details that can be improved. There's water condensation on the room floor, leaving the floor wet. The sink does not drain well unless you remove the stopper. A box of face tissue will be appreciated.
The breakfast and the dinner we had at the roof top restaurant is average. We did not add the daily breakfast to our room.
Overall, this is still a great hotel to stay.

What can I say about this resort I’ve stayed at many different resorts in a Patong over the years. I have to rate this place as the best. Had pool Access Big spacious and clean. Very friendly staff the place was always clean and tidy. Ring Ali fault that I could give it was the sky lounge the variety of food was very poor. And last at least location location location. To conclude I’ve been coming to Patong for over eight years I will not be looking for another resort. You have got me for life thank you for welcoming me and my wife.

This is an excellent hotel, all the staff are super healthful and friendly. Make sure you get the breakfast option when you book. Excellent food and presentation. Always check out bar on the roof. Our visit featured all you can drinks cocktails for 499 Baht between 5:30-7:30 pm.
My wife's new favorite hotel. We will be back.

If you are looking for a super quiet hotel then pass on this hotel. It is located just off Bangla Road you will hear the party until the wee hours in the morning. The window glass in your room shields most of "party driven music and shenanigans" but not all.

The Kee definitely met my expectations, got an unexpected basic room upgrade to a deluxe room with balcony view! The only thing missing is a microwave, most hotels include microwaves, other than that the hotel stay was great! Location was close to everything, a few minutes walk to Bangla, markets and night life, staff were really welcoming and friendly and their check in/ out process was really easy. The buffet was delicious, had many varieties from other cultures such as western, and Asian cuisines. Glad I've chose this hotel for my long awaited holiday! Thanks :)

We chose this room for the accessible aspects of the hotel for wheelchair. Although I would not recommend it for wheelchair guests.

Rooms 3207 u0026 3208 are interconnected rooms both with some rails and ramps.
3207 has rails next to toilet and a grip style ramp entering the bathroom there is still a small step into the shower.
3208 has a slippery tile ramp into bathroom No rail next to toilet. It also has some steel ramp like feature into the shower not sure how useful it is. 3208 also has a fold down shower seat. Which 3207 didn't.
Both rooms have a bath tub which would be better without in a accessible room with more room to navigate a flat floor.. another reason not real suitable for wheelchair user.

There is a steep hill walkway over the pool , I would recommend with wheelchair to push it over the one on opposite side of restaurant as less steep If you where to stay here.

There was a big problem with the AC in 1 of 2 rooms that was not addressed in the time of stay. ON 30 DEGREES and was icy cold in room.

There was a major problem with condensation on floor. Was blamed on the door being open but we had 2 rooms same problem and doors shut.. you can see a photo of the liquid covering floor. This was worse for my mother on a walking frame to use bathroom.. I slipped over and she was to scared to get up in night to use bathroom.. lucky I or her wasn't hurt.

The breakfast was mediocre. I found the fresh cakes the best part and fresh cooked egg options. Not really a fan of the way the cold cuts are sweating and should really be in direct contact with ice. Bacon ???? is available but you must ask for it. Kinda annoying I know bacon's expensive but when your paying 3000+ baht a night for a room and breakfast just let people serve them self. You can see it just sitting on the table next to chef.

I like the location of the hotel and wish we had a better stay. If any of our concerns were addressed at time of stay instead of ignored could have been great. In saying that the after guest stay survey was responded to by the GM in a good way and ensures me they will work on fixing these issues although that didn't help our stay and no resolution or apology.

I must note the car park attendants where most helpful in reserving a close park for us to assist with wheelchair loading and would like to acknowledge them.

The Kee Resort u0026 Spa Patong is in the midst of all the action around Patong and Bangla Road. Helpful staff and overall good hotel regarding location, breakfast and amenities. The kee sky lounge cocktails are good and during happy hour is great value. The Kee Resort u0026 Spa Patong is easily accessible which mean security is fine but when the cleaner leave your room open unfortunately doesn't help, please note its a one off incident but still concerning. The deluxe room tiled floor built up slight water due to the weather humidity meaning the floor was slippery and the air conditioning needed to stay on cold all day. Try to get the breakfast included in your package as there is a stand that makes your eggs how you like it. Also be aware of the chargers the hotel adds as this will add up during your stay if you choose to stay with The Kee Resort u0026 Spa Patong.
