Hotel Clover Patong

The front desk staff, specifically the lady with short hair and no name tag was a bit rude. A simple request of joining two beds together was denied as they said the house keeping won't do it today, all it required was a little push to the bed. So the first impression was bad. The room size is pretty small even when we had two rooms it is pretty difficult to accommodate a family with kids and luggage. The room service doesn't serve after 8 pm and the toilets don't have a spare toilet paper roll.
The good is rooms are clean and centrally located and not much noise.
The value is just for the location.

Edit: The beds are comfy and breakfast spread is above average. Plus the hotel regretted the inconvenience. So deserve a bit better rating but some more work left to be done on the front desk service attitude.

This wasn’t my first time and it won’t gonna be the last.

I had such a present stay last time, so I decided to stay here again.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Checked in was fast and I was enjoyed the cold towels with the welcome drink during the check in so much.

Breakfast was alright but if you prefer to have such bacon, ham, cheese you need to request for it from the staff since they didn’t set it up by the buffet.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel is located just right in a heart of Patong, which is easy to walk to everything.

Highly recommend to everyone must visit. Thanks for the hospitality.

The hotel is such a nice place to stay. Very friendly staff! The vibe is very relaxed and the rooftop pool is a nice way to start off your day! I could check in early after I arrived in the morning, so that is a big plus!

We will be coming here again next time definitely! Thank you for the amazing experience.

Very friendly staff, great pool u0026 gym facilities but the walls are paper thin. Our neighbor was singing in the shower til 12am and coughing her lungs out. With the same price you can definitely get a better hotel. Apart from that, overall not bad.

Great location to patong Beach and walking street. Can be a little noisy due to it's close location. It isn't from the bars it's from some of the drunk people staying there. The only thing about the rooms is that they tend to be small. But that is why the larger more expensive rooms are always booked. Great restaurant at the hotel and the staff is incredible. Laundry service was great too.

Excellent staff - friendly and helpful all the time. Room is big and spacious and well maintained with a big bed. The food selection at the breakfast is very good. The hotel is very close to the beach and all the restaurants. Roof top pool and bar offers a great view of Patong area. We can see fireworks from the rooftop every night. Highly recommended hotel to stay in Phuket!!

Overall stay was good ????. Housekeeping lady was very nice and did good job. Front desk doesn't smile and the tone of voice, body language and etc just not very approachable. But once you get to know them, they are actual very nice. There were many difficult customers and guests during our stay here. ????
Nat, he was friendly and such a humble man. He helped to bring up the bags to the room
