I am currently in this hotel since 3 days and it is just perfect.
I am grumpy and not easy to impress.. but everything with thos hotel were very smooth. From the check in to the room service to the bed to the shower to the calm to.. everything...
Just book it and you will have a good and confortable stay for cheap price... I tried many hotels in Patong and I was rarely as satisfied as now here..

Such a Lovely place. I stayed there with my husband on our honeymoon and we both absolutely loved it, we wanted a more traditional Thai style hotel but that wouldn't break the bank and worked perfectly. The staff were super friendly and it has its own little convenient store, laundry mat (very cheap), motor bike hire, cute restaurant and also provides free towel hire for the beach. The room was massive with everything you need, free wifi (not great in the room but on the balcony worked well) king size bed and big bathroom (no bath) we did have daily issues with the toilet clogging but it was always fixed (we are westerners and use to using toilet paper and the toilets are not use to that). This hotel is in a fantastic location and its just back from the road enough so its peaceful and quiet. We would defiantly come hear again.

Me and my boyf stayed in this structure last May-June and we can say was a good deal. There were excellent restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The size of the room was just perfect. The room was well appointed with anything we might need. The best part is the convenience.

We arrived in the middle of the night and our taxi driver recommended this place. Room was cleaned and made up daily. The staff was very helpfull and very nice. The hotel had a nice location. I strongly recommend this guest house: it is a really good value for money.

the room is bit noisy, well if your room starts with B and it's the first floor, it might be very noisy at night. The stuff are helpful and friendly, check in was fast. location was nice, ***y things around the hotel, to the beach was like 5 minutes walk, I guess, anyway, I rent a scooter right the way when I get there.

In the heart of Patong, just a step from the beach, you will be astonished by the calm and the voluptuousness of this hotel. The service is impeccable. There's a landry service, a motor bike rental, a mini market. You can organize your excursions at the hotel reception. Just have a look at the breakfast photo.Value for money is the best. It's the hotel of Patong I recommend.

On the whole - the place was very clean. All the facilities are very new. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. All the staff here to be very friendly and helpful. The value for your money is unbelievable. The accommodation offers different types of rooms to suit all budgets.
