Its a bit old but great resort with big swimming pools, dolphin bar and relaxed atmosphere. While the most happening places and the beach are only 5 min by walk, the place is well hidden from all the noise and you can enjoy your private time the way you like while still being close to all the happening areas on the beach. The room was descent and cleaned regularly and staff was very friendly and very approachable. I had a couple of issues in the room which were quickly addressed. On the top of that the kind ***agement free upgraded my room to deluxe with pool view. Overall its a great place to stay at Patong beach and recommended for all kind of travelers. The only thing I didnt like was that I booked my room for two as I was expecting 2 friends at different times but they told me that only one person can stay and for the whole trip. If another friend comes to stay, you have to pay additional THB1000 which doesnt sound fare to me as it is none of anyones business as long a only 2 people are staying at a time in the room.

The hotel ***agement need to know how to ***age the hotel. Nobody is in incharge each section in housekeeping, restourant and pool. In our room asighed, the bath room door is broken and durty and water does not easily go out. I always ask for supplying the amenity everyday. The safty box has been run out of the battery. The bath rob missed the belt tow times. The pot to make hot water does not work easily. It was so difficult to use the TV on. The shower head has taken off suddenly. No hot water in the shower room in the last day. In the restourant, nobody is in incharge, no ***agement in it. No greating in the entrance. Nobody is smile. Nobody is helpful. The service staff ignor us. The quality of the breakfast is awfull. I have never seen the food quality in this kind of quitly expenshive hotel like this hotel. The lettus has been ture brown, no fresh. Less stuff for making omllet and eggs, only one cooker both cooking. The guests need to wait long time. sometimes the guest does cook. The cooker was not ready to cook these food at the opening the breakfast. Nobody is there. It was so ***y time to refill the food. The fruit was ready under the table, however the survice staff never refill. They are talking, dont care about the guests. Unbreavable!! No ***agement in this hotel. No policy, no mission. I think this kind of hotels have to be out of the service business.

Probably the worst hotel I've ever been to. For the price compared to other places in the area, stay far far away. We had two rooms: one had poor AC and the other had a cat stuck and scratching through the ceiling. After changing rooms, our room had no bath towels and it took them 30 minutes just to bring them while I was stuck in the shower. Excuse? "They were having dinner." Tired, old and floors were dirty.

The Beyond Paring Resort Hotel is very different from many alternatives in Paying. Architecture is very modern and provides a very interesting environment. Location is excellent, very near the beach, with multiple dining options in and nearby the hotel.
Price during July was super cheap at $147 for two nights in a premium room with breakfast. Recommended if you are looking for a place to stay in the heart of Patong.

We planned to stay at this hotel for two weeks end of July beginning August 2020 for my partner's 50th birthday. We booked and paid in early January 2020, not expecting the Covid pandemic at the time. The international borders from WA will still be closed during our planned holiday. The airline refunded us but this hotel refused to give our money back. Stealing in excess of AU $ 1,000 from us..

We have been her before but we have had a better condition at 2015. Now we are in 2019 and hotel got older. Shower in the room is old not properly clean a lot of lime scale all over. We do not get enough caffe any shampoo or conditioner but only shower gel. On the third day we got another staff. Internet is all the time drilling. If you have more than 3 devices, you have no internet. I have to love in with codes all the time. Irritating. Hotel get older and older without renovation. Sad.

Rooms were outdated and not clean, had roaches in them and the water was not hot. Horrible WIFI too. Just minutes down the road, you can find other hotels that are exactly the same price for a much better experience. Save yourself the headache and don’t go here.
