You will enjoy local food here.
In Phuket many not so nice restaurants. Because traveler place. But you can enjoy food, traditional Thai dancing performance and cat ????

DO NOT BUY GRILLED FISH HERE! Those "ready-made" grilled fish for 80 THB. You might get one with extra meat in it. I mean those little crawling creatures. What they do not sell one day, they offer the next day. And I rather do not think about where and how they keep the food. Obviously, they follow Thai hygienic standards. Other food stands are ok simply avoid buying grilled fish that is not prepared in front of you. Who knows how old it might be.

Good Thai street food experience, but similar prices to more established, tastier restaurants in the area.

I ate in one of the street food stands with some friends and we all got sick the day after. But there is good bucket cocktails and smoothies

Below average food, very pedestrian experience and high mark up on prices. I'd avoid and look elsewhere.
