The restaurant is temporary closed. And chefs have temporarily moved to Shack, another restaurant in the same hotel. We have been persuaded to try Thai foods by hotel staffs.

The freshness of foods, the quality of ingredients, and the services are second to none. However, not all dishes satisfied us. The Yum-family (Yum Nuea Yang, Yum Pak Good Goong Sod, and Yum Som-O) was excellent. Moo Hong was nice as well. Gang Som Pla and Sen-Me Gang Poo were so so for us. The taste ofThai curry in these last 2 dishes is subpar despite fresh raw material.

Thai food is absolutely one of my favorites about international food, and this restaurant are in a unique and fantastic place , to complete a delicious dinner!

Way over prices restaurant. Asking if you want some water before you even have the menu and daring to charte you 290 baht for 750 ml!!! Simply a scam.

Also the food was not nice and very sweet. Not recommended. De view/atmosphere is nice though.

Delicious food in an even better setting! First off when you enter this restaurant you feel like you have stepped into another world far away from Patong! The staff are so friendly and the service is top notch. I had the beef salad and the grouper grilled. You get to pick your fish from the pond and watch it go straight to the chefs which is fun and how you know you are getting the freshest product! The salad was delicious and prepared table side, the meat was tender and cooked perfectly and the combination of fresh herbs and sauces was amazing. The fish came whole and looked amazing, the staff removed it from the bone and you eat with two delicious sauces. Overall it was a very enjoyable dinner with just the right amount of attention from the team. The price is very reasonable in my opinion for the quality of product and the experience you receive. Definitely should check this place out when in Phuket!

A hidden gem in the hills of Patong, Ta Khai is a must visit for food hunters. We initially wanted to try another restaurant but drove past it’s discreet but captivating entrance. It was none other than a Michelin One Star restaurant. The beautifully constructed restaurant is nestled by the beach surrounded by trees and vegetation grown for cooking. We picked a set that highlighted the crux of Thai delicacies. We left with a huge smile on our faces even though it poured towards the end and we had to dodge the rain to get into our car. The service was top notch. The manager ushered us to our cars in pouring rain.

If you want to experience authentic traditional Thai dishes, then this is the place to go if you are in the area. All dishes are made from fresh ingredience, many which are grown by themselves there or caught on the day.

They also cater for celiac needs and speak really good english. Superb service.

In additional to all of that, if you go there when it is already dark, you get a super cosy, romantic vibe. Highly recommend this hidden gem!
