Don’t use the tourist informations below hotel they will scam you. They cannot refund for lost connection or inconveniences. And lost laundry is lost forever. It’s practically stolen.

Excellent location very very friendly staff specially Blythe who is very kind and helpful, perfect place to stay while in Phuket I will definitely stay here whenever I come to Phuket again. Rooms are clean, large and comfortable.

Good location near restaurants, 7eleven, bike rental, ATM, money exchange, BIG C, Jungceylon shopping, Banzaan Fresh Market and Bangla Boxing Stadium. Spacious room. English channels on TV. I suggest staying on the higher floors, on the 6th floor I didn't smell anything from the market next door, nor loud noise. Nice view from balcony.
Old rooms. Internet is not good. Hard bed. Bad smell in reception. Terrible room service, they didn't change the bed linen for 4 days and the towels was replaced for dirty ones. You must leave $1,000 baht cash deposit. There are better hotels nearby.

Good place if you're looking for somewhere to just sleep while out all day. Good location since it's close to the beach, mall, market and Bangla walking street. Decently clean but the shower doesn't drain properly, my family had booked around 7 rooms and all had the same issue. It would leak a little out of shower and onto the bathroom floor which isn't that big of a deal.

Reason I am only giving 2 stars is because 2 of the staff members were quite rude. The front desk lady really struggled checking our group in, couldn't seem to match our passports to the names on the screen in front of her (Note it was list of maybe 8 names). Would check in other people before handing the cards to the room so we would have to wait quite a bit. If she had to deal with multiple people at once, she would yell at someone saying that she was the only person working. She never smiled when we would walk in or leave. One day I was napping so I asked for the cleaner not to clean my room but then later I asked the front desk to send someone just to change the bed set on one of the beds because I had a new roomate come in. She came in arguing with the front desk guy and was using an extremely whiny tone making it evident that she didnt want to do it and when he left, she picked up her cellphone and was talking to someone while making the bed. My family can understand a bit of thai so one of my family members overheard her complaining that she already came to my room and I said no.

Even though it was inexpensive and we only paid 25$ Canadian per night, we should at least get a bit of hospitality from the workers.

Location is nice.. but basic amenities like hair dryer, iron box is also not available.
Then they have 2 building the reception building it's an old building. We had Deluxe premium room it was in old building E building.
Restaurant, pool breakfast all is in new building. So u have to walk all the way to 3rd floor which has a bridge to connect to new building then from that place again a lift.
No options for veg only leave indian food. Hardly anything noodles also was yukk.
You will be entirely dependent on bread juice and coffee..
Next door is Mother india... Which acted like a mother for food.????

Wow experience at SunSeaSand Hotel. Initially we booked for 2 days then extended for 2 more days just because of the low price, location and environment of the hotel. The staff was gentle and there is a scooty rental contractor next to this hotel which helped us exploring the city.
