DO NOT STAY HERE! This is possibly the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. Period. I stayed as a result of a mix up by the booming company. So they switched my hotel. I read the reviews and thought OK. To my surprise it is total garbage. OYO hotels are just cheap places, not interested in even the minimum amount of quality. I was so depressed being in this room. And I have zero faith in this rating system.

Do NOT recommend this!
This is by far the worst experience we had in Thai and we have being here for 7 weeks.

When we arrived there weren't many staff who could properly talk english with us.

They do their best and try to help with a smile, but our room couldn't save the damage what has being done.

First of all we find it very shady that at the start you'll receive your keys and a paper note. If you lose one of them you won't receive your 500B. Losing the key I can understand but losing the ticket for receiving the key is something new. And a sneaky way to keep your money in hope to lose one of those.

We hoped for a decent room since we payed for the BEST room.
We came in and there was a sewer smell and water leaking from the toilet, And it seemed there was still mud in the toilet water.
After dropping our stuff we politely ask them to check on it, we went off and back in the evening it was even WORST.
Black sandy like drip cane out. The faucet water was muddy and so was the shower.

We didn't want to stay for long anymore but we already booked our tours. And we were too tired to deal with it, we got it fixed by the staff but it still feels horrendous to go through that. We can understand things like that can happen.

But it wasn't just that, bugs crawling on the bed, hair from??? on our sheets, the stank still lingering from the toilets so we had to keep the door shut.
The rack of the windows were broken so the neighbour could see inside your room if they want. Have I said this was the BEST room?
So no privacy whatsoever but yeah if they want to see me naked walking around my room I couldn't care less but my girl HATED it.

And if this wasn't enough reason to get your money back and leave as soon as possible.
There is a sign that says "Room 300B for 3 hours" so if people tend to play monopoly here in one of this 2 star hotel rooms. Then you can have that bc this is ofcourse the 'Game Boutique' nah the truth is far from that.
As disgusting as it is anyone can imagine what people can do if they can get a room for 300B for 3 hours. So we didn't want to think about how many people get LUCKY in one single night but we weren't happy to sleep in it!.

So we asked politely to check out earlier and didn't want to shame them for all what happend so that's the only thing we asked.
But all they can say is "No can't give money back" :).

So yes for whoever feels like to experience this hotel's hell episode personally.

NO for the people who will be disgusted by this.

Lobby of hotel is nice open air design. Staff are friendly. Rooms generally are ok. No hot water in bathrooms ever during our stay was a bit annoying and no stopper in sink made shaving difficult. Cockroaches come free in the bathroom. Room is reasonable value for price but not that cheap compared to other Hotels. Break fast not included. Wi-Fi worked ok. Hotel location is a bit off the beaten track but plenty of small bars and restaurants nearby as well as a little night market. AC works ok but has to be on to maintain room temperature and cold air blows directly on bed so it tends to be either hot or cold. Stairs to lobby are very steep and no handrail that coukd be an accident waiting to happen. Lift though small works well. Rooms are generally ok and clean but relatively modest in size. Ours came with a little balcony which was nice. No room safe for valuables was an issue. Lock boxes in lobby aren't that secure for cash or passports. Area tends to be a bit noisy and a lot of traffic in street. The first night we stayed there was a loud concert but doesn't seem to be a regular occurance.

+ Hotel is in a perfect location in Patong area. In walking distance to Bangla and other important attractions.
+ Staff is helpful and very polite. I believe they did their best.

- cleanliness !..
I mean.., all this hotel needs is a perfect cleaning job from top to bottom, and bug extermination.
First day we checked in, I hunted two spiders behind the TV. The gap between TV and wall was like never been cleaned for years, a spider gang was throwing a party right there. And there were webs in the bathroom and on the ceiling either.
When we told about this, they took care of it. But it was never enough. There were ants everywhere. They were coming out from the little cracks on the wall. Our stuff on the table was full of ants the first morning we woke up. We told them about this either, but only thing they did was cleaning. This is not enough, cleaning is a daily solution. You need to exterminate them with chemicals. Since they didnt do this, i bought an anti-bug spray and did it myself !
- watertank in the bathroom was leaking, they tried to fix it but... smh!

Bad rools. Bad staff. Try to earn money on everything. Take deposit. Make a fantasy not to return it. Noise night. They sell one room, but give worse one

Unique and clean hotel. Plus d receptionist is super friendly.

Super nice staff. Great location. This is my go to hotel in phuket
