This is suchhhhh a good hotel!
1. It’s really hidden so it’s super private
2. It’s literally in front of the beach
3. It is supper well located mainly for the night life being that it’s right on Patong Beach street with all the best night clubs
4. You have a washer, a fridge, the room is big and nice and everything is new and clean
5. Yet the best part was the staff!!!!! They were so extremely nice and helpful!!! They took great care of us and always made sure we had everything we needed! This is definitely a must !!

Location, location, location !!!
Beachfront access, Modern Family Mart downstairs, so close to Bangla Road !!
5 stars for this gorgeous private Boutique Hotel!
Very comfortable rooms and great air con.
Beautiful Receptionist // Manager who always greeted us with a smile and went that extra mile!!
We will be back ... thank you.

Stayed here one night. Room was decent for what we needed. Comfortable. Ideal if you want to go out in Patong, which we did. As others point out the location is a bit weird and the steps are narrow but hotel messaged on WhatsApp beforehand so were easy to communicate with.

The hotel tel is fake, an ex- hotel staff said dont know why her direct tel put on the internet and travel website.
Has been called hundred of times/ a few days before heading to the hotel with the number provided..but no one picks up the calls,.no responses from the web chat and also the emails. I just want to get the room key upon arrival.

Great location right on the beach,walking distance to everything,the rooms are clean and spaces,the place is a little hard to find,may be it's time to invest in a much larger signage out the front,to help you find the place a bit more easier, it's on the left hand side access thru the family mart store, this is just down from the police station located on the beach

The hotel is inside of a market, literately, and the shower is cold, and there only have a tight stairs to go to the rooms, so careful with big luggage... but the room is big and comfortable, there is no hotel services like breakfast or pool, who likes the crowd of patong beach, it’s just on front of the main street, but i don’t!

Fantastic views from the beachfront unit.Me and my partner were amazed by the sunsets and parasails flying by just outside our room..Plus the hotel was I'd say the very closest hotel to bangla st which was just outside.Its above a family mart and doesnt really have a entrance but after contacting reception, it was easy to find..actually we found having a 24 hr family mart very convenient for us the whole time we stayed.Large room with spa bath and modern appliances and large tv were bonuses too.Were glad we picked this motel and miss it very much now were home..Should also mention..Staff were absolutely great too esp the young lady manager
