We came here last night for the first time in 9 years, the service was great and the staff really friendly. However we returned the next day to receive a totally different customer service experience. The day staff were rude we waited nearly half an hour to have our first drinks ordered then sat for an hour before we finally had to ask for some service when I asked the waitress asked one of her staff to serve us and the waitress flipped her hand as if to say I’ll serve them later so the other girl had to serve us anyway and when she did serve us she was pretty blunt. For a country that lives on tourism and after being effected tremendously by the pandemic, you’d think you’d get better service. Really disappointing won’t be back again. The only thing that keeps this place running is the beach across the road, certainly not the customer service. If one of my staff had flipped off a customer with her or his hand, they’d be sacked on the spot!

Had lunch at the restaurant, average taste. We ordered glass noodles salad, green curry chicken, Thai omelette, prawns with garlic, beer and fresh coconut. Among all the above dishes, I like the glass noodles salad best.

Tropica is a great place to go for a drink. Really nice cocktails at good prices. You can sit at the bar and people watch. They are located directly across from patong beach and offer nice views of the ever changing scenery. The food is also really nice. We enjoyed everything we ate there over many visits. And tried to go for a cocktail there most nights. Nicer than sitting on bangla where you are forced to drink. Here they let you drink at your own pace and offer good service. They should play some music to enhance the ambience. Hope to return one day.

Great food. They took good care of us and our boy. Owner was really polite . Last week it was our go to restaurant to eat and relax.

Had so much fun in the resort. Clean rooms, spacious bathrooms, beautiful swimming pool and a really nice and friendly staff, prices are decent and it's right next to banglow street.

The restaurant is really good with large menu and helpful staff, the location is just infron of the beach and the ambience by dinner time is amazing.
I did not stay at the hotel.

Very unpleasant experience. The security guard grabbed my hand and demanded money while I was using the restroom, pointing out that I wasn't a customer. not polite.. i'm try to speak with english, the security guard with only thai language, pointing me always with finger. awful experience while I was on vacation in Phuket. Y'll threaten tourist like this??Bravo!!!!
