Excellent ambience, great staff. Tasting menu option was awesome, we particularly enjoyed steaks (beef tenderloin) and salmon. Deserts were A+ too.

I am extremely surprised to read some of the bad reviews about this restaurant.
My fiancee and I have eaten at Plum the past 2 nights and the dinner and service has been amazing.
I've been fortunate enough to eat at quite a few top restaurants and Plum has not disappointed.
We are eating there again tonight and will do so for most of the remaining nights on our 16 day stay as the selection is vast.
Yes it is a little pricey however the price equates to the quality of the food and service. This is a 5 star restaurant at a 5 star price. If you are seeking a cheap burger and chips obviously go elsewhere but if you want fine dining this is your place.

Absolutely fabulous evening for the four of us eating the degustation menu. Service impecable, beautiful place, beautiful food. We had cocktails on the sky bar before. Really perfect evening.

A very overpriced restaurant with very medium quality food. My girlfriend and I had a last night in Phuket and decided to celebrate it in Plum restaurant. We had a degustation menu that costs about 2,700 bath for a person (also, you must order it for two persons minimum). This menu is a selection of 9 restaurants bestsellers, so we decided to try it. The food was served in a beautiful ways but the quality of food was meh. In addition we ordered a few cocktails, so the final bill was 6,500 bath. It’s very expensive and I must say that we had much better dinners for much lower prices in Thailand. I am giving 2 stars only for the amazing view and the restaurant interior.

Found a hair on the steak we ordered and we complained about it. The first thing they did, saying it was the hair dropped from my wife and all the kitchen staff were wearing hair wrap. The problem is, my wife is having long hair, the hair we found is a shoulder length. After we insisted it was not my wife hair, the manager checked again only to come back to say it look similar to one of their waitresses. The worse is, the solution he gave is to regrill the same piece of steak instead of replacing with a new one. We wanted to cancel it but he insist we still have to pay for it, as the steak was served.

So yeah, pretty disgusting for a restaurant that look so fancy but provide worst kind of customer service.

This is a wonderful place with great views and beautiful tables. The staff is always taking care of you and is super friendly and helpful.

We came here as Vegetarians, and even if it is actually for meat eaters, we took a mix of the vegetarian food they have and had a great and super yummy dinner!

We will come back, even as Vegetarians!

BAD QUALUTY STEAK AND OVERPRICED!!
My partner, his friend and I came here for dinner. Beautiful restaurant, amazing view but BAD FOOD!!! we ordered steak, lamb and chicken the lamb rack and chicken was good but the steak first they brought me the wrong steak then they brought the right one but it was was very fatty, oily, chewed it for 10 mins and couldn’t swallow it for desert my partner got the crepe which wasn’t even a crape his friend ordered the moose which wasn’t moose it was whipped cream and I got the butter scotch ice cream which had salt on it ????
We told the manager they wouldn’t take the steak or the deserts off and we’re so rude about it said that we ate all the food which we didn’t and said how good it was was is a lie because it was terrible and that’s what we told them we even spoke to the chef and told him bad quality steak shouldn’t be a steak house and way too over priced.

They said my partner was a liar and he ate all the steak after Only having one piece.

NEVER GO HERE, THEIVES, RUDE, ACCUSERS. Leaving Thailand with a sour taste. Disgusted!!!!!
