Pros: absolutely stunning view from the hotel room. Hotel room is spacious, clean and comfortable.

Cons: difficult to get to anywhere, will need to call a taxi everytime you go somewhere. The nearest convenience store is 7-11 which requires a good 10min walk. Hotel staff isn’t really friendly and helpful. I was informed by the staff that a birthday cake would be a surprise for my girlfriend during breakfast but it did not happen. The hotel room from the lobby is very far away.

The location is in good proximity with most of the attractions to visit in the island and at the same time feels really private and peaceful!

It has everything you could wish for a relaxed vacation: a swimming pool.

The rooms are spacious and within walking distance to the main areas of the resort.

The food was very good and well served with a variety of options good for both adults and kids.
Also vegetarian food.

The staff are extremely welcoming with guests and always ready to help with any request.

I think it’s an excellent hotel and good value for money in Phuket .

My third stay here and this time hosting my wedding! I can’t speak highly enough of the staff here. They made every effort possible to make it a perfect day. Miss Anne was incredibly helpful and gave my wife a free spa session when she was looking a bit stressed. The food for the wedding was amazing. Thank you so much to all the staff for giving us a perfect wedding day!

This is a lovely hotel with great view from ever angle.
We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed the room and buffet breakfast.
On late arrival we were put on the second floor where we paid for third level, view was lesser which didn’t matter at night.
Next day we were little busy so we asked staff to move our bags to new room. They did move us to third level with great view. Sadly air-condition didn’t work properly. Everything in the room smelled and felt damp from bed sheets, floors and walls. I requested a new room. Staff at the reception knew the problem with this room but informed me all of the third floor was full and it can’t be helped. They offered to
give me second floor room again which I paid the third level premium.
After an hour they agreed to move us to fourth level.
Reception staff need to be more professional at this 4 star hotel.

Lovely Hotel. Great location if you seek for a quite vacation time. It’s 10-15 minutes walk to a Kamala beach and most of the cafes there, nearest 7/11 is 5-7 minutes walk distance. Amazing view from lobby and hotel room. I stayed few weeks in a suit with a sea view and last few days moved to deluxe. What can I say experience with suit is much better. Deluxe room is a bit narrow and sea view is like from a hole in a box. Walls cut it off so I didn’t enjoy it much. I recommend to take a room of higher class than deluxe. Also there is little problem with ants and n a hotel, it’s impossible to leave any food on a table))) Cafe on the rocks and roof top bar are amazing, food and drinks are great. Sea view is stunning. Their Steak house I didn’t feel much, my steak was a disaster even though service is amazing. Breakfast is fine - I’d give it 4 out of 5, room cleaning service is 3 out of 5. They constantly forget something like towel, robe or toilet paper even though you tip them or note))) the rest of Personnel in a hotel is very polite and speaks English, administrators of reception are very helpful. Definitely would come back again. It worth visiting!

This is a lovely hotel, well designed with beautiful rooms, pool, gym, spa and nice staff.
The roof top bar ' Vanila Sky' is the best place to be at sunset, service is great !
We indulged in the food and loved the menu.
We stayed 3 nights in March and will return in May again.
The room rate is great just now so its a bargain for the standard that it is rated and does indeed achieved.

The Vanilla Sky Bar has an amazing view with great cocktails. The rooms are extremely spacious with panoramic ocean views.

The pool area is amazing with great food and an amazing breakfast. They also offer fine dining at their restaurant outlets.

The service is outstanding, can't wait to return.
