Patong Heights

Absolutely loved staying at Patong Heights and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Patong.

The hotel is very new and modern and kept spotless all day. Our room had everything we needed + lots of power points and very chic furniture.

The staff were very polite and the lovely manager was an excellent host with plenty of knowledge about the activities around Patong.

The location is a 5-10 min drive from Patong beach so you'll need to get a taxi/tuktuk every time you want to go and come back. Otherwise there is a free shuttle every couple of hours.

The restaurant's meals are also very delicious and well presented.

Far enough from all the main roads to provide a relaxing and calming environment with the night life only a few minutes away.

Hotel was very quite and spacious.
Staffs were kind, especially their GM was very supportive and you can find her everywhere.
You can enjoy scenery of Patong beach from the pool.
There is shuttle bus to go to the Patong beach and Phuket town.
But the breakfast was a bit limited and there were nothing to do outside of hotel.

Room service dont answer the phone
On the top of the mountain, no way to rent a moto at 6pm... far walk.
Pretty decoration of rooms.
Not a 5 stars, wonder how these stars are given

The manager here named vivian was so friendly and kind. She served us with genuine heart and kindness. Would have give 6 stars if possible.

The room and food is excellent too. Highly recommended.

Ita was an amazing stay. General manager Vivian is too good. She makes sure, to give you a comfortable stay.
Nice rooms
Amazing view
Polite and good staff.

The property is up the hill hardly 10 min walk to patong beach. They also provide free shuttle, please check the timings.
Breakfast was good too.

We had an amazing stay. Will definitely recommend and visit again .

The hotel and staff are amazing the hotel is new very clean well located and the food at the hotel is amazing this hotel deserves a 10 star rating!

Really great space, and worth the price. Presidential suite has an amazing view and luxurious balcony. Plus just a shuttle bus ride down to Patong beach

We had a great time with friendly staff and Jeff who was super welcoming. Will recommend a stay here if you’re visiting Phuket
