This hotel exceeded our expectations and definitely will stay here again! The location was great - convenient to Patong beach, Bang-la walking street. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with directions, and recommendations. Breakfast and dinner were very delicious! Room was clean and beds were comfortable. I strongly recommend staying here!

Hotels was very beautiful and located at a calm nice and quite area up the mountain. Service was good, breakfast is great but not buffet types. There's a shuttle service from hotel to patong beach 3 times a day.

Up a very steep hill from Patong. Any money saved here will go in taxis. Temperamental shower. Floorboards make more noise than when they were at the sawmill. Staff very limited English. Manager refused to give us two keys. A month in Thailand loved every hotel except this one. Would NOT stay again. Annoyed I picked here to make my final days the least enjoyable.

Spacious room size with a beach view

Hotel Location :
This hotel located in a quiet area where it is on the hill overlooking Patong Beach, not easy to travel with the big luggage.
Free shuttle service to Patong is available til 8PM.

Room : (#322)
The room features a Thai touch wooden stylish, spacious room size with a private balcony.
Beddings are comfortable. The bathroom is also huge with a bathtub, Love the separate shower room and toilet room,
Dislike : the toilet without toilet bidet sprayer, there is not enough plug socket and the wooden floor boards are creaking.

Amenities u0026 Service :
The staff were super friendly and helpful especially Khun Pitchy.
Parking : limited parking on the side.

When we first arrived on the first day, it was my friend's bday, and they made her day so special by giving us such a warm welcome, even left a bday msg on her bed.

All i can say is that the service was absolutely exceptional, the staff always made sure that we were well taken care of, and would always provide information/ advise us on certain activities which made our trip to phuket so much smoother. Only downside of Baan Yin Dee (which is to no one's fault) is that the rooms are a bit worn down and not well maintained. Opted for a deluxe sea view twin bed room with breakfast included. Totally worth it for the price point.

I have stayed here for 3 nights at first I didn’t expect much but the end of the trip Im so appreciate. The service here is more than 5 stars ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ I could say that they are so amazing with good service thank you to staff in font desk ,bell man , housekeeping and staff from restaurant. They are really useful. Even I stayed 3 night but they make me feel ‘wow’ I want to come here again ! Thank you guys again ka ????????

Thai style resort, 2 big swimming pools, quiet and very friendly staffs. The room is large, clean, wooden floor can be slippery with socks. Food also very good.
