Bad location. Hotel rooms not very conveniently located. Need to depend on internal transportation for going to the lobby etc. we were not allocated the rooms as shown earlier. Breakfast timing was till 11 am. We went at 10.30 am and most of the items were over. The staff said we will not refill them. Hotel not recommended for elderly people. Cleanliness is not a issue and house keeping staff is also good but the front desk staff needs training. They are not able to understand basic English

Extremely bad service by the staff. We booked a premier jacuzzi suite. Firstly, the room looked nothing like the ones shown on the booking site, so please don’t get deceived by the pictures. The laundry bag provided looked bitten and torn by rats. While checking out, they made us wait for an hour to check the room. They asked us to pay extra for the laundry bag which they thought was torn by us. It’s humanly impossible to be torn like that, LOL!
Such a SCAM.

I had the pool access suite. Vey huge room but Extremely bad room condition. found a dry red spot on the sheet. I called the front disk, and the housekeeping lady came to check if it was dry and left without changing it !!! This Hotel deserves to be awarded the title of the worst hotel I have stayed in during my trip to Thailand. I wasn't able to use the safe box as it was locked since I checked into the room so I called the front disk to open it for me three times during my stay and they ignored me. Suddenly the air-conditioning stopped responding and maintenance came to replace the remote control receiver in the AC unit. it's very difficult to reach the rooms with your car and you need to call for shuttles most of the time to get to your room and you will end up claiming the extremely steep hill. Be warned that Loud music is on during the night till morning. During checkout, they checked the room and found one teaspoon was missing so they charged me 300 baht "10$" for it !! which I think went missing with the food bags on top of the dining table that had been collected by housekeeping without checking them. They will charge a 500 baht deposit during check-in. Overall advise, stay away, you will find much better places to stay in the Patong area for the money you will pay.

This is a place for party. After all the bar closes in patong / bangla this is the place to go to. It is open till 6-7am. It is more like a hangout area in a hotel. Not a night club. Yes they have music and DJ. The day I went absolutely packed. Like hardly any place to even walk. More for the younger crowd. So pretty happening in that sense. But not for me. So I left after a drink. All the left over Thai girls who did not find company will most likely end up there :)

I stayed in the Jacuzzi room, the room and the view from it were great, apart from it the service was poor, I was told to use the laundry bag I would be charged 200 baht, which was ridiculous. Moreover using the cutlery 500 baht deposit was asked to me even after paying 2000 baht as a security deposit while checking in the hotel. Such demand from the hotel makes one feel low on the ground.

The hotel is located a fair distance from Patong beach and Bangla Road, commuting from the hotel to these places may be a little heavy on the pocket.

People looking for vegetarian food should think over it before making the booking.

After party place with a very raisonnable prices ,for drinks, shisha 400bht . Lovely music u can dance , swim as well .. guards not in there whenever u need them . Better to protect your self n have a company with u always . Use bolt application whenever u wanna go home it cost 200bht, the tuktuk in there they ask 600bht ✋???? enjoy your after party guys n stay safe ❤️

The room and facilities were good. However, they wouldn’t let outside taxi drivers up the hill and tried to ask for additional costs which didn’t exist. In addition, the checkout took a very long time.
