This hotel was excellent for me and my family. We had two big rooms in our suite. The reception staff was very helpful in providing information. They booked us a taxi, and gave us sightseeing recommendations. I read some negative reviews. All I can say to those people is that I feel sorry for you. Why? because this hotel isn't the Waldrof Astoria. Nothing is perfect in this world. The price reflects everything. When you go to a foreign country you have to make adjustments. Show respect to these fine people here in this country. Concentrate on the pristine beaches and the wonderful scenery. There was no need for a TV either. I simply spent my days at Patong beach and Karon beach. Those locations were priceless. This is a wonderful country.

Surprisingly very nice hotel on a quiet side street. Large rooms, very competitive prices, great water pressure and hot water. Staff was friendly and accommodating!! Nearby inexpensive restaurants, 7-11 and a 15 minute walk to the beach!

It's nice. Cold AC. Nice decor. Clean. Motorbike rentals onsite. Nice pool. Basic breakfast was included with a good price. Some staff were quite friendly, others not so much. Cable box on the TV doesn't work. My main complaint is that there's no sound insulation so you can hear everything on the street. Actually, the room somehow seems to amplify the sound of the street. Not recommended for light sleepers. Otherwise the quality was great for the price.

I really like this hotel. If I'm in Thailand, im all time here. Clean hotel, clean water in swimming pool and receptionist are really friendly and help with all wish ????

No good Parking space: I parked my car 500 m ahead.
Even though the room is A/C, mosquitoes are everywhere.
A cheap old room, the key got jammed and then the staff assisted us.
I really wonder, how it's a 3-star hotel.
Even, they are not professional as well: Agoda show me a message that I have to pay 380 Bhat at the hotel, but they charged me 430 Bhats.
Don't get fooled by the pictures, it's just a cheap hotel for solo travelers.
