The price is great for a solo traveler better than staying in a hostel. The place is clean, look pretty new or maybe was just renovated. About 10/15 mins to the beach, 5 mins to Bangla road walking.
There are local food shop/restaurants just a few steps away and cheap. The check in is a bit confusing for me as there is no reception. There is a self check in information but the housekeeper is here till maybe about 7pm she will check you in. If your high maintenance probably not a place for you as room probably won't be clean every day as there is only 1 person working here. Also the place is not sound proof as I can here people walking and talking outside the building. For the price it is great.

January 2022, I stayed on several occasions in the larger standard double rooms, I can highly recommend the rooms to the back, rooms 303, 403 and 503 (3rd to 5th floor, no elevator though...) my favorite was 303...I paid 350 Baht for 20 square meter room, mountain view window, new construction and modern design, comfy beds and working and clean bathrooms, there is also a small fridge in the room, its quiet and very well located, 5min walk to Bangla Rd and 10min walk to the beach. I can only speak for the large rooms, I my opinion the best price to value deal in Patong

Fantastic value. Must be the best value in Phuket. Room much nicer than I expected, everything brand new. Even daily maid service! Location is perfect. And it you turn right and then left, about 4 stores up is the most amazing hole in the wall thai food. They only do 4 dishes a day and it’s cheap and superb.

It's central and it's easy to get everywhere while being in Patong. It's not very loud considering the area. We stayed for 2 nights after arriving and would recommend it for the same reason, but not for a longer period of time. It is a room as a necessity: bed, shower. Nothing nice about it. Use it and move further to the next one.

I toke the doublebed room which has a balcony, good bed and room in general, really really great value for the price. You have to walk the stairs though, but should be no problem for any healthy person ????
Also near everything like Bangla road and yet still secluded enough from the streetnoises. Hidden gem.

Great place for low budget.
Perfect location, 3 min from bangala road, 6 min from the beach.
The room is decorate new, new air conditioner, new bed, very clean.
There is in the area nice and cheap restaurants, and also nice bars.
Perfect place ????.
The stuff is very nice.
Definitely will come again
