This hotel is really nice and has a lot of activities. Breakfast is good. The hotel has service to take customers to Patong beach. The staff is also nice and kind. The best house keeper is Rose, she is so kinds and help everything what i need. My key card for my room didn't work for a few time that is the annoying thing but the help was quick. The air conditioner make the floor wet. Those are the thing that I would like the hotel to improve.

We had the private pool access room with infinity pool as well. Impressive from the moment we checked in till checked out. Really can't find much flaw with Kalima. Staff were courteous and helpful. There's an issue with our room power plug but was fixed very quickly. The sweeping view from our room was worth it. The only issue we encountered was a whiff of stench probably from the sewage blowing towards the breakfast area where we sat and also along the stairs to 7th floor near the gym. Management should look into this issue as it's quite unpleasant and needs improvement. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay and will reconsider coming back again.

Took almost an hour to check in to the room due to staff shortage which was not a great start. Room was not clean at all and was very different to what was advertised online. I booked Deluxe Sea View but I got the road view and because everyone walking by or driving pass could see the room, I couldn’t open the curtains at all which defeats the purpose of paying extra to get a good view. When asked staff to see if there was any other room available, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. I understand there was a language barrier but there is a clear difference between having an attitude and trying to be helpful.

Every meal we had in all restaurants was amazing. The pools, bars, facilities are second to none. The location is the perfect distance from Patong Beach and it's the kind of place you don't want to leave. Super impressive!

What a gorgeous hotel! We were fortunate enough to get an upgrade and wow! The restaurant was delicious and had a great view. We only stayed two night and had jam packed days so we did not get to enjoy as many of the amenities as I would have liked. for these days needed a car, and found this service the Orange car Phuket from Orange car phuket. Highly recommended!

The service is great, variety of amenities and shuttle to town provided. A little pricey though. Perhaps because my room is too near the restaurant and garbage dump area I’ve a roach visit me twice in the room. :( overall pleasant

We booked the Romance Ocean View Studio. The room and toilet are both spacious. Bed is plush and bigger than a standard King size. View from the balcony is beautiful. Breakfast spread is pretty good. There are many spots in the hotel to take nice pictures. Love the swimming pool! The mobile app to put in our requests (room dining, shuttle bus to Patong etc) works well. Staff are really friendly too! Would recommend this hotel to any one visiting Phuket. :)
