When you see Italian cuisine in Phuket, you may get a bit suspicious... But this place delivers: run by Italians, featuring a big, stone-lined pizza oven, it cooks up a quite respectable pizza. Home made pasta also very tasty! Grazie!

Very good Italian in Thailand. Service was beyond stellar. It was low-season and there seemed to be a waiter per guest. Very attentive staff. More Western style of service: nice silverware, cloth napkins, etc... Bruscetta's were really good. The raviolis with sage butter were very nice, fresh pasta, point of improvement: they could benefit from a bit more sage butter and some parmesan on top. Nothing beats dipping your plate dry with some bread after your meal. The lasagna was good too.
Very friendly hosts. It's always nice when the chef come around for a chat.
Tiramisu was good as well.

Good and authentic Italien food. However, although it was low season and not very busy, it seemed that the staff didn't put in the effort to serve to their max potential. Examples: the ciabatta bread was nice, but I would have expected it to be served warm u0026 fluffy inside and crispy outside. I think putting the slices into the oven for 1 min before serving would have made them taste much better. The pizza I ordered left mixed feelings too. Dough and toppings were pretty good, but I believe the chef took it out from the oven too early. Another minute in the oven and it would have been perfect. Due to lack of authentic options I'd still recommend this place if you're in Kamala. But in Italy they'd probably have harder time to succeed :)

Friendly, good service. Smoking is allowed indoors. Food suffers from a lack of ingredients and low quality. Anchovy and caper-topped pizza had two anchovy fillets cut into 4 pieces each and a dozen capers. Gorgonzola cheese was rubbery and didn't taste much like Gorgonzola. No herbs on that either. The bases were reasonably crisp. Two pizzas a beer and wine was Baht 940. Other than the beer it was all a bit tasteless. Poor value.

The best carbonara I had in Thailand so far, real stuff, no cream added, just the way the original carbonara is done. The pizza, on the other hand, tasted fine but was very soggy in the center part. Apparently the dough was not spread at equal thickness all over so it got so thin and wet in the center part. I will go back for more carbonara for sure.

Friendly staff and owner, loved the food there although the prices are too high for the portions of food. The portions also change. Sometimes I got more, sometimes less.
Would definitely recommend anyway!
