Worst experience! most regrettable hotel choice I had made.
Front desk was rude and terrible !Can’t imagine during check out the receptionist say that we have taken their Kit Kat and need we pay for that. The fact is we didn’t even saw their Kit Kat at the room and how come they said we take it ? This is the first time being wronged by a hotel. And this is still not the end , the receptionist still ask from us where’s the one more key , the thing is they only gave us one access card but how come by the time check out they still ask a non-exist key from us? How come this hotel is so rude? The Kit Kat is small case , money is not problem but we can’t endure being wronged by a hotel and not only one time!!
Not only for the service the condition also bad. Cleanliness was terrible, the pillowcase was yellowness and got stained on it. Aircond was not cold , water heater was not function well, and we found that the safety locker is being force open before we don’t even dare to put our valuable things inside.
Please reconsider when u choose this hotel. Terrible ! Worst !

Had a good experience here. Rooms are a bit run down and in need of renovation, but not really a deal breaker for me. Had good water pressure and temperature control all the time I was there (4 nights). Can't say much of the food as I didn't order anything, but plenty of good places around the hotel. Great location if your looking for proximity to bangla road. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, they allowed us early check in . Rooms are nice and clean with balcony. Ask for street facing room, Tiger bar is just opposite to those street facing rooms. Separate entry is there for Hotel guests. 7/11 and family mart stores are there within 10 meter distance. Plenty of food options, but we liked the lebanese kebabs just next door. Keep travelling ????????????

Average hotel. Booked a standard room for 3 nights. There was no internet and refrigerator was not working. I complained the staff but they keep telling me that their technician will come and fix it. Room cleanliness was okay. Standard rooms have balcony and a good view. Staff is less educated and it gets difficult to explain things to them in English. Overall this hotel is not value for money.

The hotel is situated at the most happening location in Patong which makes it a perfect place to stay but at the same time worse with noises. The rooms are moderate and get cleaned regularly. AC works well, TV doesn't do so well. Bed was very good, lighting in the room is also done well enough keeping in mind the necessities. There's even one table lamp, if needed. The small balcony is nice to look at the crowd making noises throughout the night. If you're planning to stay for a short span of time(2-3 days) in Patong, it's a nice place to give you proper experiance of the place. P.S. don't expect much from the Free Breakfast they provide. Even worse if you're a vegetarian.

I love the room design which each room has different decorations. Thank you for the lady that check us in. Counter staff was friendly and helpful. The staff are on reception 24 hour which is really helpful. Would recommend to me friends and definitely stay there again on next visit.

The room had a few very small ants around the tables and beside the bed that thankfully didn't turn into a lot. Room is quite noisy at night but if balcony doors are shut it is perfectly fine. Restaurants and shops around the hotel DO NOT stay here if you are after.
