For the price you really can’t complain. Local to a food market, train station and multiple shops. The room itself it basic - but again, for the price it’s good. Private bathroom, Hot shower, AC, TV etc. customer service is good, and they are very happy to help. Their English isn’t great but it’s not something we expect (and we don’t know Thai) but it’s easy to communicate with phones, hand signs and pictures. Handy place for budget travellers or a short stay.

It's a great place for its price.

As others have said,
Rooms are clean, hot showers, TV, and air-condition.
A nice breakfast every day.
The service was great (at least when I was there).

The location is fantastic as well, near markets, shops, and public transportation.

If you are a reasonable person, this is a perfect budget option for accommodation.

Pretty good for the price, rooms are small but clean and with private bathroom. There is aircon and TV which is quite unusual for this price range. Rooftop is a nice addition where you can have free breakfast. Thai breakfast is not very tasty, too salty and not spicy, obviously made for foreigners. Nice staff. Hotel is not where indicated on Google maps but a bit down the lane in a red house.

Best Value for Bangkok.
The price is affordable if you consider that they give you a delicious breakfast for two person. I gave 5 stars to be fair with respect the paid amount of 460 Babt for a spacious room with aircon , kettle, complementary tea and coffee, drinking water, daily cleaning and sweet staff
Not luxury of course, room is outdated, but still clean and spacious. in the beginning you may be upset but I'm sure you will be happy for the hot water shower and the food is available everywhere around up to 8:00 pm
The MRT station is 4 min walking distance and the place is safe and quite at night

My wife and I made our initial trip there. I've always been extremely happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. A joint family orientated organization with a very smiling and helpful people around you. The traffic is easy to navigate. Great value for what you get. Good for seeing local life.

Cons - bed was super uncomfortable (coming from someone who travels as a backpacker for over 8 months this time only).
TONS of mosquitoes.
Real bad smell sometimes in the room.
Will charge you for luggage keeping of a few hours (first time this happened to me anywhere in the world).
Only aitomatic laundry machines around, no services (machines did not do the dry option for me juat washed again, so watch ouy)

Pros - 3 min walk from MRT.
AMAZING local food market just 1 min away open until 20:00, night time has enough options as well on the road.

Shower was indeed small as other reviews stated but with great pressure and was big enough for me (I'm a small guy). Not real hot but hot enough.

Over all the price is cheap but so is the attitude which made me very very disappointed when checking out and wishing to leave my bag for 4 hours. Preferred to go all the way to the airport store the bag there and go back to town for even more money than to support this kind of attitude toward guests. Made me want to rank it 0 but gave my emotionally detached review for others to consider all options.

Also if you come by MRT and look on the street, take a left and then right away another left to the small alley next to the Mart station, once reaching the street take a right all the way to the end, left again and you will be there in 40meters

Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. Minutes away from the Sutthisan MRT station. The range of amenities offered was what someone would expect from a hotel of its class. We had a room with shared bathroom and it wasn't that bad. What more do you need.
