I got a Tendon injury from a motorbike accident. I treat for almost two months from the premium clinic. I don’t know why this issue is taking a too long time. My symptoms are not getting better. Every time I got different medicine for the same symptoms. It depends on the doctor because every time I met different doctors…. And they said the Physical Therapy department is close now. But why this hospital doesn't prepare treatment tools such as hot or cool packs and compression bandages. Every time I only got painkillers, muscle relaxants, and counter pain cream.

Alot of bad reviews but my experience (ATK walk through test) was perfect and no issues. I will use their testing service again

Update: I also performed my 2nd RT-PCR Test (second arrival test) under test and go here. Easy to do and results back sameday. Really pleased with the service here.

no one can speak english! because of their mistakes, i had to pay double. even though I have told them and showed the documents the things that I want to check for my medical check up. the did wrong check up and i need to repeat and pay again.

Horrible place.
Waiting here 3 hours for the obligatory second covid test at 33 degrees Celsius in the yard.
Beat of all: you waiting in one line with people, who made a selftest turned out positive.
So if you catch covid, you know where you've caught it

This place has 2 types of service. One is Social Security (Government insurance) and the other is private. Social Security has very long waits (2hours+) and quite poor service. Most doctors do not give thorough check ups and mainly dispense drugs. There are a couple of doctors I like here but you can't choose your doctor. Mostly staffed by nursing assistants with just a few nurses. They are overworked and mostly give poor service although a few are OK particularly real nurses.
Reception are generally rude and no one smiles. Not many people speak English at this hospital. Extremely limited parking.
I would avoid ER!!!

One good thing, I had hernia surgery here and it was good! The operating room is new and very clean.
But the after care from nurses was not so good. You really need someone/friend or family to take care of you.
Social Security here has no option to upgrade to a private room but some other hospitals do! I don't know why.
My doctor was Dr. Trijaksang and I was very satisfied with his operation.

I do not know about the private service because I only use Social Security.

We did make a phone call before that we need to see ICU patient at late hours the nurse said we are fine to visit.
But when we arrived the nurses refused to visit due to it was not an office hours.

Seriously waste our time.
