We booked this hotel for our anniversary and sure it's a heft amount. But you get your own private pool and a romantic center stage bath in a huge bathroom and an amazing room. But really what we weren't expecting was also sleeping at some of the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. This hotel do cater for a romantic event and it show with a range of romantic treats, snack and such. The breakfast was buffet and definitely a complete selection.

It’s a nice place with the bar and the restaurant overlooking the ocean. The villas are quite decent sized with private pools. The buffet breakfast in the morning is also good.
However, the cocktails are not good, the bar needs an uplift.
The gym facility is cramped near the breakfast place in the basement and is really bad.

I brought a ten month old baby with me.
This is the Best hotel I've ever stayed in, and I've been around the world, the manager here has passion in hospitality and understands customer pain points, all the staff including janitors and kitchen staff were very very helpful and friendly. I wish I could give them 20 stars.

I see that the management have just two responses they cut and paste without taking notice of what feedback a customer has given. This means small problems not fixed encourage guests to look deeper and find more problems. Nice location right on the beach Breakfast was good with a reasonable food selection but why in a basement and not overlooking the beach?? Comfortable bed, Staff were friendly and helpfull except for the reception staff which were useless.

Reception staff are poorly trained and don't care to solve customer issues. I was told that the TV language was locked with Thai and not possible to change to English by reception girl. She argued when I said it was possible and eventually would follow up next day. No follow up so I did myself for some channels. Reported a blocked toilet to reception and went out for 3 hrs. Still blocked and nothing done to follow up. Fixed in 5mins by another security man. Dangerous and in most countries illegal non safety suction in spa bath which can cause serious injury even death to young children as a 3hp pump has enough suction to disembowel a child if they sit over this suction point. Cheap thin paper napkins in the restaurant by the pool isn't what you would expect from a 5 star hotel which this is not. Maintainence is very low on the pool and restaurant area and broken step and rusted joints on the bridge are a big safety issue. In desperate need of a renovation to the entire area including furniture. Rooftop area for spa suite is a waste of space as not interested in stting on hot artificial grass looking at concrete walls with no view at all. Manager did listen to me but lets see if I get the generic cut and paste response without any real positive action as shown by all other reviews. Very disappointing and sad to see the owners not spending the money they need to keep this hotel both comfortable and safe for their guests. Covid is no excuse for poor reception staff training and poor maintenance. ????????????

Hotel is really small. rooms are not really comfortable. Small of toilet in bedroom which not acceptable. You will feel moisture from bathroom came into your room and make u feel really uncomfortable to breath. Facility is new but most of furniture is nearly broken. I have running nose after I stayed here. Bed is so hard like a rock
I don’t like this hotel .

Great! we booked 4 days and it was awesome! the food was great, everything was perfect! I cried when we left ???? thanks for the service. We will remember Yana! (the image below is enjoying chocolate bread or something)
