Good location, close to beach and pool access. However the entrance way to resort is a bit narrow and the room size is a bit small and some decoration items seem old, such curtain, door and bed.

+: location is close to the beach and pet friendly.
-: bad quality breakfast, lack of facilities, rooms are rundown and not well maintained, noisy and had a lot of mosquitos as the balcony door did not close properly, far from what’s advertised, was told there was a garden for pets but in reality there wasn’t, lack of safety - elderly mother fell due their slippery “disinfecting tray”, bed frame made a lot of noise, not clean, not at all value for money. Booked for 6 nights and wanted to leave after the first night but they refused to refund the remaining nights despite explaining that the hotel was far from advertised. Saw another guest complaining to the staff on the same reasons and eventually shortened their stay.

The rooms are going to be generally clean. All staff is very helpful. A large number of restaurants is within walking distance. The breakfast buffet is quite a treat. Neighborhood was safe for night time walking. Lots of taxis and tuk tuks back for about 150 baht. ***agement is attentive to my needs.

We found the rooms to be clean. The hotel staffs were very helpful. Being in the heart of downtown gave us the opportunity to explore the city. You can find a lot of food nearby. Selection for breakfast was very good. I am impressed with the staffs services. In general, not really worth the price.

Getting to Hua hin town was easy on the green Baht bus,however the bus stops at 2100 hours. The staff are so friendly and eager to help in any way. The room so clean. I especially booked this hotel for its location as it was advertise in the summary.

Cozy and private place right on the beach to stay. Good for family or couples get away for the weekend. BUT the place is a bit run-down. Air-conditioning is not working right. Toilet is clogged. Breakfas is a okay. $$$
