I have travled to many places in Thailand, from budget hotels to 5 stars hotels, and I have met many a friendly member of staff in all the hotels I have stayed in, till I came here, rude and unhelpful is all I can say about them. The room we stayed i was ok, clean and nice a bit dated but ok. Would I stay here again, not as long as their is a hole in my arse, maybe if they changed the staff on the front desk, who hates her job and everyone in the hotel. Also wifi is shite

Staff can't speak English. We arrived late at night and there was only a poorly dressed male receptionist/security guard at the counter. Our first impression was this hotel is a bit dodgy. Building design looks great but they don't use the best quality materials. Black lotus needs to spend more money on maintenance. Foods are pretty ordinary. Staff aren't professionally trained. Location is not the best. Overall, we aren't impressed with Black Lotus.

Be warned. I paid the owner (George the Greek), 3.7 million baht to build a penthouse. He failed to build it and now refuses to return my money. I suggest you stay well away from him and the resort.

Friendly and helpful staffs. The food is quite good. The resort is a little bit far from the center and hard to find, but the resort has free bus to take you there

If u can get it in the low price the price is fine it really big but it too big to clean well and also something cant use like the oven

We were four adults in the resort for one month. Clean apartment, poor food, mosquitos was a problem.

Love private pool, room is very cleaned can't complaint anything for this price point.
