I’ve only visited this place once. I had chicken fried rice. It was a very good plate of rice. I liked the waiter’s query as to whether I wanted a fried egg on top. Never been asked that before for an order of fried rice. Not the best I’ve had in town, but certainly not the worst. The rest of the menu looks very good and I will certainly come back in the future.

I first came across The Little Mermaid when they had a spot over at Baan Khun por. They had a hotdog that looked good in the photo, I know it's pretty rare here when the food that arrives at your table actually looks like the photo in the menu but I went ahead and ordered it anyway.

When it arrived it looked just like it did in the photo and it was by far the best hotdog that I have eaten in Thailand. It was so good that I mentioned how much I enjoyed it to the proprietor, she was very happy that I liked it so much. She was very friendly and we talked for a bit. She informed me that she would soon be moving to a new location, I knew the exact spot she was talking about so I kept an eye out for it's opening.

I have been to the new location two times now. On the first visit to the new location I ordered a Ham u0026 Cheese sandwich, on my second visit I ordered the DK Trucker Burger. Both were very good and the service was fast and friendly.

There is something that I should mention although it may be a non-issue for you. Smoking is allowed in the front part of the dining area, the front is open but it is not an outside patio. If someone decides to smoke you will smell it no matter where you are sitting in the dining area.

Thank you for the answer. Yes I was one of 23 person,s party. I do not complain nice place, with good food and good service, but crowdy.

Good food, warm hard family, danish speciality and always some creativity going on in the kitchen + Thai food to.... and a place where most Scandinavian people and other meets up.

We always visit this restaurant when we are on holidays in Hua Hin - and it’s diffently one of our top 3 places to eat in Hua Hin. I can recommend trying some of the weekely Danish sepcialities, the house burger or “paprika gryde”. Normally I don’t do much reviews, but think this place deserves one ????
