I enjoyed my 2 nights at this hotel. The room was spotless. The wifi quick. The aircon new and owners friendly. There is free coffee and tea at reception and a lift which is handy. The location is perfect close to night market and many food options and city centre. I'll stay next time in Hua Hin!

My favourite Guesthouse whenever I cycle along the Gulf of Thailand and come into Hua Hin. Right in the middle of things, very friendly owner, immaculate rooms with fridge and even several international sports channels.

The location is good: there's food stalls right outside of the guesthouse in the evening and the night market and walking street are only a short walk away. Staff of the guesthouse were kind and helpful. The room was one of the cleanest I've stayed in Thailand and the price was not bad.

It's clean. It's basic. The shower pressure is amazing. The toilet is clean and flushes. My room only had a fan. There is no elevator. So if your room is at the top just be prepared to walk up the stairs. The location is amazing! You are near the beach, good restaurants, all the markets, the giant mall that has a uniqlo in it and the world market. Everything can be accessible by foot. If you'd like to take a tuk tuk they are everywhere! The area is super safe and you will enjoy yourself. Only downside. The room has lots of small little bugs that run fast but don't be worried bc it's so hot that these small things are expected. The owners are friendly simple folks. Take this room!

Very good location, price, clean and well kept. Free water and coffee/tea at reception.
Night food stalls with cheap and excellent food on the street 10m from entrance.
Stayed in the room with fan only. Windows with mosquito net and 3rd floor means it cools enough at night.

Agoda deletes the average or bad reviews. The strange and annoying thing in this hotel is that next to the room door at the corridor in all rooms, there is a window consisting of slices of glass with some gap in between. Like this your privacy related with any kind of sound from the room is non existent.
