Stayed overnight while traveling. Found the hotel to be an excellent choice! Walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Parking is available and the rooms were clean, staff pleasant and bed was super comfortable. Highly recommended.

I won't be returning:

TV doesn't have internet.

No DVD player.

No refund... they called the 'Manager' for permission, and acknowledge the problem - staff is not empowered to make decisions.

Shower in tub too small. No shower curtain... Water everywhere...

Tub is raised too tall for elderly or handicap to use.

Don't park your motorcycle in parking for cars, they will relocate you... surprise!

Coffee machine and snacks for breakfast... but don't expect coffee in the room even though there's a coffee kettle...???

Room not serviced and it's 3:40pm...

I stayed in this hotel on several occasions and at first thought it was a great, little, "boutique" hotel - which it is. However, the price was always higher than the advertised price and even when I pointed out the discrepancy at hotel reception, there was no lowering of the price. I also found that despite knowing me I was moved from a good, 4th floor room with coffee and tea added to the coffee-making facilities to a third-floor room with just a kettle and cups. The breakfast in the morning was also poor - just sugary biscuits (but the coffee was okay). When I turned up over the festive period my room-price was hiked to 1400 baht (03/01/22). The hotel did not seem at all full. I am not certain if I will use this hotel again given it seems that once the staff knows I like their hotel, they tend to weaken the quality of my stay and not enhance it. Surely, bad policy...?

Nicely decorated with pool and elevator. Very comfortable beds. Close to nightlife

Good location. Nice clean room. Good mattress. I slept very well. Got a better price booking through Agoda, while standing at the reception.

We stayed here for four nights, on a top level floor, so had some awesome views over the city and could see the sea. The staff were polite and helpful, breakfast had plenty of choice with an excellent view over the street, so you can watch the locals go by and set up for their day. Our room was decorated with original Thai wooden carvings, paintings and plenty of space to spread out. Bed was comfy too. Location was perfect right in the heart of everything, so we would definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel, fantastic location, comfortable and well presented rooms, and good daily breakfast, and a wonderful rooftop swimming pool with a great view of the sea and mountains and Hua Hin.
