Room was good, linens were a bit thread bare, probably due cost saving measures after a lack of bookings after two years of Covid-19 restrictions.
Location was good, walking distance to pretty much of everything. Two good restaurants right across the street, short walk to 7-11, and night life area.

We had a short stay here (less than 12 hrs) so we didn't care about seaview room or stuff like that. And we drove so we don't have info about how far walking to the beach or main road.

This place is good enough for what we paid. Our room was on 5th fl. and it was more spacious than we expected. Everything we needed worked properly (air-con, fridge, tv, shower, water heater, draining and flushing). Their cleanliness meets standard. Staff are nice too.

Anyway, it's located very near the railway so I heard the noise once or twice but not a big deal cause it was in the early morning not middle of the night. And they require you to deposit 200 thb in cash during check-in so if you're a budget traveler, please don't forget to be ready for that. You'll get it back after check-out if you cause no trouble.

7-11 is very near.

Great value to the price. However the first day I've checked in around noon and there was a room available, however once checked in at a later date the front desk inquired that I would need to wait for another two hours just for a single room to be ready. This is wierd as there is no way all the rooms are occupied around this time.

Stayed here just over a week while in Hua Hin. The location of this property is great, there are a few restaurants and cafes next door and along the road in both directions. The beach is reachable in 10 minutes, just across the main road. There is also a shopping mall about 10 minutes away that has a Tesco and clothes shops and more restaurants. To get to the centre of town is around 20 minute walk but isn't too bad.
The rooms themselves are clean and nice, everything you need with a fridge, wardrobe, TV and kettle with tea and coffee. The shower is good although the shower curtain is a bit annoying and the bathroom gets quite damp after a shower. Our room come with a balcony which was nice and relaxing.
The staff where good and friendly enough. The pool is very nice although only has sun on during the morning.
The only downside to this hotel is the trains that go past every couple of hours are quite loud.
Parking out the back and front for both cars and bike.
Overall a nice hotel with everything you need and a relaxing friendly stay. Would recommend.

Showing its age and is poorly located almost on the boom and bell controlled railway crossing so you won't miss lots of trains day and night.  Across the road from a cluster of restaurants/bars that can be noisy and disturbing but usually quiet by midnight.  I wouldn't stay here again a better and comfortable accommodation located nearby.

Agreed with most of the review that the hotel staff was friendly. The room is with good size. Good high quility fire door. A perfect location for our needs whilst visiting the city. Lots to do for the whole family. The hotel is a just okayno extras put forward and breakfast was lacking for choices.

A few renovation touches here and there would make it an excellent hotel. The bed lining was clean with no bed bugs. The hotel is decent value for the price in a good location with a good pool and breakfast. I've passed the info on to my friends who stay there each year and we are now looking at a more friendly location.
