The Initial Hotel is a lovely place to stay. 5/5 for reception staff. They are very welcoming and pleasant to deal with. 5/5 for the cleaning staff. They are brilliant and always pleasant and fun when you see them. 5/5 for facilities. There is a small pool and it looks to be well maintained. WiFi is faster than any hotel in Thailand I have been in. 4/5 for bedroom and toilet. The hotel rooms are clean and of a high standard. However, there are no lamps next to beds or at the desk area. So when you wish to go to sleep you have to get out of your bed to switch the light off. Same in the bathroom. The lighting is very poor and I had difficulty shaving in the poor light.

Unless you're going to be up late anyway, too noisy due to bars on both sides for good rest. Music can be heard from your room sometimes until after 2am. Otherwise, beautiful, big rooms with a clean pool. Great, accommodating staff (although some lack basic English, others speak well). Good internet and cable. Also, you can find everything on the street nearby.

Quiet hotel that doesnt have the hustle u0026 bussle going all night. Our room was bigger than what we expected. Room is comfortable. All the staff at the hotel were welcoming and very helpful. The staffs are quite nice and have service mind but need to deposit cash for the key.

Apart-hotel isn't on beach but its in a good location close to, bars, massage parlors, and mall. It's worth of your money if you are a budgeted traveler since you will get a quite big room with reasonable rate. Rooms are clean with a lot space. Low cost local transport at the door.

The ladies at the front desk were always very accomodating. The room was very clean upon arrival. Public transportation were within walking distance. Value for money would be hard to beat. All is quite impressive and I will get back again if I had change to get to Hua Hin.

In the morning you have ***y options for transportation. It's very good value. A large desk for getting some real work done. There was plenty of hot water all the time. Beds a little on the firm side. There were several international television channels available. Huge amounts of noise within the hotel.

A friend and I stayed here for 4 nights as part of a mystery holiday. The doors are heavy and when closed make a huge noise and can be very disruptive in the mornings. Staffs' attitude need to be improved. I got a pretty cheap price for booking the room the night before.
