For the price, this cannot be beat. Smile at the staff and be friendly and they will treat you well. I stayed here one night. Room was on the first floor a short left hand turn from the stairs. Faced the front of the building. Water pressure was good. Towels were clean. It's a very quick walk from the train station and not far from the beach. A 6 minutes walk. The night market is a close walk away too.

The hotel is cheap, with good walk from the train station (2 minutes walk).
Room- Noisy air conditioning and thermoregulation do not work! Everything equipment is old and broken. I wanted to move the curtain, or sit on the chair, use table, but everything is broken, but that is not see, I was afraid touch.
Poor water drain in the bathroom, clogged in the shower and in the sink.
In the room you can hear the neighbors, from both sides are only the locked door from your room to the neighbor. I used the laundry hotel service. I got my clothes back very late. I had to ask twice. Couple pieces of my clothing are damaged.

The hotel is well situated for all types of walks in the inner city such as go to the beach, Night Market, railway station, etc. The twin rooms have nice big king size beds. The beds in twin rooms are single beds. Bathroom cleanness could be better. Staff is nice.

Great value, perfect location for vegans arriving by train, staff speak enough English to make it easy. Showing it's age a bit but clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it for the budget conscious, or anyone that appreciates a good value. We will stay here again if we come back to Hua Hin.

The beds are stiff as hell, the staff barely speaks English and the power in my room went out. When I asked them to fix it, the manager spent a solid 10 minutes flipping all the light switches on and off as if they would magically fix the lights..... Clearly he doesn't know what a power breaker is... The bathrooms are tiny and the shower too, but they function well. The view is pretty decent. They said there would be free breakfast for the room but when I went down, there was nothing and no one around to set it up. They don't even have staff at the coffee bar to make coffee for you.

Good clean place. Near the Night Market and the railway station. All staff were friendly and spoke English. Very inexpensive. Higher rates for Friday and Saturday night. I paid 490 baht for weekdays, Friday and Saturday nights were 550 baht. Microwave and water kettle in the lobby
