The room was good. Except the toilet door was missing and was replaced with a curtain. The elevators were out of order the whole time we were staying (4 nights) breakfast was not exceptional at all better to just say no breakfast. Who eat rice soup with fried eggs? And no coffee or toast. Never to return.

Spacious room but dusty with bed bugs. My baby got allergic from the pillows and you will notice it on the edges of the window pants and behind the tv also under the beds. Staff is friendly and my room 509 the water heater is not working. Had to call for the technician who only available next day noon time . The location is good but the noise level is high due to next to major roads.

I love the central location of hotel near from night market, restaurants and even to the beach. The room was very nice indeed. There are noise coming from the ceiling especially noticeable after mid-night when all quiet down. The breakfast buffet was quite nice. The rate was very reasonable for a weekend.

The staffs were friendly and fast respond. The room was nice but, the toilet door was slightly broken. Somehow, my roomate was able to repair it and need to use it cautionly ????

The elevator cannot accommodate more than 6 people even claim to max load 8 people. The other elevator was broken since June 2019

Size of room acceptable but furniture quite old, room so dark seems like renovation not yet finish, toilet disgusting and no door just use curtain to cover instead of the door. Swimming pool dirty, material seems broken especially tiles of swimming pool scratched my legs... breakfast only one kind (western food).
Not recommended maybe need to wait until it is ready for guests.

Was a good price but when you wanted towels to go to pool was told I need to pay 60 baht for 3 towels rental charge. Went to return them said no not rental that's the cost for using more towels..staff was inattentive.. playing on phones ..went to check in said only after 2pm..ok no problem was 1:30pm...went for lunch came back at 2:15pm said not time yet...I said no..its 2:15 you said 2:00..then it was oh ok ok..
Pool had big holes in deck could easily step into.
Stayed one night and checked out.
Never will go back.

Hotel was located near popular area such as night market, market village, and night life. We all said good bye to the friendly staff and off we went. Breakfast was okay for me but don't expect a 'continental breakfast. Breakfast didn't have a big choice but substantial. You can get the best and cheapest seafood nearby.
