It's our second time we stay here and we still love it. It's very spacious inside, tall ceilings and very private.All details are taken care of: mosquitos prevention, umbrella in the room, private pool and cleaning every day. Some complain about the leaves in the pool but it's the nice part that there are greenery trees and plants everywhere and it makes the room look even nicer. The reception is quite helpful and friendly too. The only thing is wifi which doesn't work reliably. It should be an easy fix and don't know why the owner doesn't try to fix it. This might contribute to the lower rating than what the villa actually should deserve. We will come here again

A beautiful property in the middle of Hua Hin. Luxurious stay with modern rooms, the pool and other amenities are modern and very good. Lot of food options and convenience with nearby market and food courts. The hotel security arranges for taxi in case you need to visit anywhere in Hua Hin.
Overall a value for money and comfortable yet luxurious stay at Hua Hin.

WiFi coverage and internet connection stability are in dire need of improvement, it feels like dialup in the nineties, including the dropouts. If the stars align it can hit good speeds, but that never lasts. Don't count on streaming or video conferencing, and even instant messaging apps will occasionally have trouble.

Otherwise great privacy, very good soundproofing (don't really notice the noise from the road and railroad at night, and I'm quite sensitive), spacious, close to railroad station, supermarkets, shopping mall, local market, night market and restaurants. Beach looks incredibly close on the map, but it takes 10-15 minutes to walk there because a lot of the nearby access roads are private.

Staff is helpful. Villa is cleaned properly every day, and the various toiletries are replenished. The pool is too small for serious swimming - one strong push work your legs from one side can get you to the other side - but large enough to have fun in and do some slow strokes.

The interior is great as well, with several places to sit and lie down, a table with plates and cutlery, good air-conditioning that can be used while sleeping as well without getting sick or being kept awake by the noise. The wallpaper could be renewed as it's starting to peel off in places.

All in all, highly recommended if you don't need quality internet. This was our second stay and wouldn't hesitate to come here again.

Nice and cozy hotel located in the centre of Huahin. Friendly services. Spacious room size. The bed in my villa needs replacement. Very uncomfortable, the structure are worn out. It can cause back pain. The outdoor facilities are worn out and need improvements. Relatively low room rate compared to similar room type in the area. Breakfast is good with lots of selection from nearby famous food shops. Sufficient parking in front of the hotel.

Nice place for relaxing and quiet private.
Bed is very soft and I don't like it not good for my back
Breakfast and food is not expensive and delicious.
The Room have pool access, Shower, Bath and can select water temperature.

This is one of the best hotels I had in HuaHin. The reason for that, it is located in a quiet place, and you get you're own private little pool. The rooms are really nice, good looking and big. And everything is really clean. The staff is super friendly, and helps you with everything you needs.

I can recommend this place for everyone who wants some private time, in a beautiful, peaceful and kind of luxury place!
Perfect for couples going on vacation.

The room is spacious and the private pool is not too big not too small. The staffs are great and friendly and very helpful. Recommend to come here exactly check in time which is 2pm as the resort don't have early check in or late check out policy. If you arrive early you need to wait until your villa is ready. Breakfast serve in room is awesome! The environment overall is peaceful and quiet. The resort has only 10 villas and makes it perfect for relaxation for couple or even Family. The location is quite ok. Surrounded by restaurants. If you want to go to hua hin night market it's 100 THB or further can cost up to 200 or 300 THB and Hotel can call for the tuk tuk driver or taxi for you.
