Lovely quaint place with massive rooms, beautiful balcony, clean swimming pool and good security measures. It is run by two of the sweetest Young-old women. The price justifies the location and quality of rooms and service. 7 eleven and hua hin market village mall are both walking distance from here. The ladies also helped me hire bikes for the duration of the stay. Laundry facility is available at a reasonable additional price.

We came here for only two nigths and finally we've stayed 4!!
-Standard room:
Good AC, quiet, nice balcony,good bathroom (just a slight leak that needs to be repaired), comfy bed.
-Common areas:
Dinning area with bbq, good pool to refresh
-Staff:top!
-Location:Perfect
-General:Very clean
This is a house that offers acommodation to those travellers looking for an alternative to resorts.
Good place to stay!

Good place to enjoy holiday.
5 minutes to Hua Hin village market, 7 minutes to the beach.
Quite and peaceful, very clean room.

Отличное место, в номере есть сейф, телевизор, кондиционер, холодильник, фен, шкаф, 2 прикроватные тумбы, кровать, небольшая терраса, вход на террасу с москитной сеткой.
Номер достаточно уютный, небольшой, но и не маленький. Жили с ребенком 2 лет, было достаточно места.
Единственный недостаток — за 3 дня ни разу не убирали и не выносили мусор.
При отеле есть небольшой бассейн. Особо там не поплаваешь, но освежиться приятно. Опять же были с ребенком, ему бассейн нравился.
Рядом есть большой ТЦ со всем необходимым, напротив ТЦ выход на пляж.
