It's 3+ years old now, but maintained to such a high standard, you would still think it was new.
Very spacious rooms, well furnished, and very comfortable beds. Very clean.

Nearby Soi 94 restaurants and bars, and Market Village shopping centre, with one of the best food halls in Thailand, as well as multiple chain /fast food outlets, and a pedestrian bridge to the beach side of the highway.

Update August 2020...My 4th stay, this time for 2 weeks, and they have kept the high standards of maintenance and cleanliness.
The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient, and offered very competitive weekly rates.

The wifi signal was good for a serviced condo, (4th floor)... - averaging 20+ mbs downloads, so was able to stream tv /movies /videos with no problems.

+ Staff were very friendly and attentive
+ Short walk to Market Village and the beach in Soi 75
+ Good secured indoor parking
+ Big room, good shower (heater), aircon, wifi, etc
+ Quiet at night

- Limited toiletries, couldn't find toothpaste / toothbrush / hair dryer
- Wish it was easier to hang clothes at the balcony
- A little overpriced. (Would prefer lower price with smaller room)
- Couldn't really make use of the whole room space by myself

What a fantastic comfortable place to stay for one night/week/month. The highest quality linen and most comfortable mattress i have slept on in Thailand. Large rooms with balconies, English tv channels.
Good location, easy walking distance to bars/restaurants. This hotel is only 1 year old so everything is clean and maintained.

Clean and comfortable but with the price if compare with others hotel like B2 premier, preferable B2 premier due to here the phone networks are poor (3G for True-H) and the WiFi only capable for 2users. If u have more then 2 then you are unable to use the 3rd and following device. On year 2020 WiFi still limited to 2users? Funny...????

This hotel is brand new and beautifully presented and fantastic value for money.
It's only a 5 minutes walk to Hua Hin market village shopping centre where you will find all the brand name shops and restaurants that you will find in Bangkok.
There is also plenty of other restaurant's and bars close by too.

Such a nice and clean apartment. Very convenient if you wanna get to Hua Hin beach and Cicanda market. Each room has a mall balcony like this which is great for morning coffee.
