Pros:
- All staff were attentive and friendly.
- The room was clean and comfortable.
- Room facilities were well-maintained.
- A hair dryer was provided.
- There were many power outlets in the room.
- Wifi was easy to connect and fast.
- In addition to coffee, there were complimentary tea and Milo (chocolate malt beverage) sets for non-coffee drinkers available in the room.

Cons:
- Parking space was quite small.
- The room balcony was not spacious.
- We booked for 3 people but received only 2 bath amenity sets upon arrival.

Nice rooms, staff is polite and will take care of your luggage or bring you an umbrella if it rains, good service at the counter but you should speak thai, breakfast buffet has not many choices, i like the nice big teddy bears on the couch...swimming pool is also very nice by day or night, however this is the deep south so dont be surprised if muslim families staying there, take possession of the entire pool for many hours...

Stayed with my wife for our anniversary. Very clean, spacious and the staff is very kind and polite.

We got a surprise arrangement for our room. Tq so much.

Hotel quite far from downtown n shops. Ok for those looking for quite environment.

Maybe can have small shop inside hotel to sell junk food, noodles, etc.

This is a new hotel, I feel it is a little bit out-of-the-way however there is plenty of parking and the manager/owner is very nice. I would highly recommend staying here

Extremely helpful and friendly service by every hotel staff. This hotel has a clean and nice ambient in almost every department. Very affordable room rates. Will definitely stay in W3 Hotel again on my next holiday in Hat Yai.

The best part of w3 hotel is non smoking hotel where the staff able to warn a customer from smoking at the balcony room face in front of swimming pool.
2nd good points, new hotel facilities and open air parking for 50++ cars.
Cons:
1.Swimming pool need to maintain with chlorine coz salty water.
2. You must have own transport whenever you stay here coz far from Lee garden area or ordean shopping mall.
