Location is terrible so if you wanna visit downtown, it’ll cost you some $$$ and 15min to go there. On the flip side, there is a laundromat and 7-11 just downstairs so that’s a huge plus for me. The rooms are big and clean, the shower is good and the place is rather quiet as it’s quite out of the way. I prefer this location as I like a quiet hotel. Parking downstairs is very very secure. It’s in a compound with AAA hotel and ATK hotel. Check in and out is via ATK hotel.

Clean, modern, and moderately comfortable economy hotel. There weren't many bells and whistles - no room service, pool, and any extras cost more - but the a/c worked great, the rooms were quiet, and parking was a joy Pros include the reliable elevator, very clean room, complimentary drinking water, convenient location, a/c, parking right at hotel, 7-11 across the street, price, and friendly staff. Biggest grump was the very firm (to put it euphemistically) beds and massive, stiff pillows. Stay here if you want a cheap but clean and convenient Thai-standards place to sack out while in this lovely city. Very near PSU campus and the Festival shopping mall.

The check-in was smooth, the room clean cut but there is no coffee making facility, hairdryer, iron and only one hand soap + shampoo bottle provided in the room. The hotel is walking distance to asean night bazaar n greenway night bazaar n surrounding is quiet.

First impressions the best. Clean room. They allowed us to check in early with a very small fee. They have tuk tuk standing by inside the hotel area.

Hotel is clean and big but toiletries only give 1 set.
