Restaurant is only open for breakfast. Reception speaks only broken English and.is not verh helpfull. Ample psrking but a bit difficult to find

Rooms are clean and large with full amenities. Quite expensive as.you.can hear.the nighbors.very easily

Great place to stay. New and well maintained hotel. Very clean and good smell. English channels on TV. Good buffet breakfast. Lovely staffs. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Hat Yai.
Hard bed and pillows. You can't use the swimming pool with a normal bikini, you must cover your body. Staff do not speak English, just a few words that allow you to check in/out, any subject a part of this is difficult to communicate. They ask for $500 cash deposit.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff at the counter, the restaurant and the cleaners were very nice. There are many types of TV programs????. There is a 7-eleven opposite the hostel, which is very convenient. （People who don't like to sleep on high pillows remember to
bring their own pillows u0026 also remember to bring your norm swimsuit! )

Fairly new hotel with swimming pool and good breakfast for a very reasonable price. Family friendly.
Great location near Central Festival, and 7/11 right in front of the hotel. Hotel was easy to navigate to with Google maps.
The only downside was rooms do not have balconies as advertised.

Everything was good, room with large windows glass, it nice when in high floor. Pool also good and peaceful to swim. Secure car park and location near to top place. What should be improve is, staf reception need more friendly to customers and breakfast should make it Halal for muslim. Wifi shouldn't need to enter login Always. ????

Friendly and helpful staff
Spacious clean room with good bed and pillow
Con:
Maybe the breakfast....not something to look forward to very minimal variation

In short, would recommend this hotel for short stay????

Good! We have a very good slept in this hotel, room 509^^ The hotel condition is looks new and the room size is good enough. Comfortable bed and the quiet environment around. 7-11convenience store just opposite. Close to hatyai airport and night market. Strongly recommended!
