As a 3 star hotel, it consider quite clean and tidy. Price cheap and staff friendly too. Ambience and atmosphere still can accept. The waiting and living area is well design and creative. Customers can wait their tuktuk or waiting for check-in checkout progress on that area comfortable.

I enjoy my stay here: big 30 sq meters room, affordable price, absolutely clean. Central location and underground parking - easy to be here with the car. The only weak spot is WiFi connection.

Worth the money. Paid 1500 baht for 2 double rooms. The room is spacious and with attached bathroom. However, they do not provide extra bed service. Toiletries are provided and they have free coffee, tea, hot water, and drinking water at the lobby. Staff customer service is expected, nothing outstanding. They have a large outdoor parking as well as underground indoor parking. The WiFi speed isn't too bad, smooth enough for you to watch YouTube and surf Internet.

The only "weakness" is the light is a little bit dim make the hotel looks little bit aged although it is newly built.

The location of the hotel is very strategic where across the street there's a midnight noodle stall and 7-11.

The hotel is very new but it was not manageable. We booked a total of 4 rooms. Extra single bed for 2 rooms were not arranged for us, even already been informed few weeks ahead. One room was found with faulty water heater. When demanded for explanations, technician said it was already a known fault yet to be fixed. We questioned the receptionist for giving us that problematic room. Then, we had 2 rooms which for sure have not been cleaned up after the last occupants left. 3 used dirty cups were still found in the bathroom basin. Dressing table found with dirty stain marks. Bed sheets and blankets for our beds were filthy and in a untidy condition. We had to clean the table on our own and it took the hotel at least 1.5 hours to prepare new bed sheets, blankets and extra beds for us! Then later at night, found that the air conditioning for 2 rooms were not working! We had to share a working remote control from another room! It was a miserable and frustrating night! We will definitely not coming back to this hotel!

Was a pleasant stay, the room we were assigned was a larger room than most other hotels. Hot running water works perfect u0026 another important needs is the wifi. Wifi was stable .... nice . Nice bed u0026 pillows, with proper working Aircond our sleep were restful enough. Lifts right size u0026 not like those with 6 people in, you are sardined already. The design of this building can give us a peaceful u0026 quiet feel.... until... OMG a group of Malaysians Indian outside the rooms corridor chatting so loud as if it was a cocktail gathering u0026 it was late at night.... for 20 minutes top, what happened to our Malaysians’ courtesy when we are guests of other country. Anyway back to this hotel, even it was 1 night stay u0026 first time I would come back again but minus those cocktails party on the corridor outside the rooms late at night. Pricing is a reasonable rate. Parking wise, should be fine. Front office staffs were friendly u0026 pleasant. Location is helped by tut tut stationed just outside the front entrance for guests to be mobile enough.

This hotel has good parking spot. Room is standard. OK for short stay and less traffic outside. There is 7-11 just opposite and few eatery outside as well. Overall not a bad choice if chose a budget stay with self driving.

TK staff made me feel at home. They took care of all my hotel needs with a smile that will always make you feel warm. The room is very comfortable and specious same as the bathroom.
