Great service and rooms are spacious and clean. Not to mention it is well priced. Pool bar is pretty cool but the breakfast is nothing much.

The staff managed to find a really good deal for us for our day trip to Songkhla. Kudos to them!;

Start with the negatives:
Bar service took 20mins for 2 cocktails to be made when we were the only people there. We were then asked what else we wanted after placing an order for 4 cocktails not 2, so we just ordered beers as they were faster (which they didn’t have a bottle opener for).
Restaurant is very slow and inconsistent with sending out food. Pork satay was raw in middle.
Very expensive for what it is! Small portions.

The good stuff:
The rooms were massive and great facilities!
Staff very friendly and helpful!

Sort the restaurant and bar out and it will be great

Hotel is nice and clean with Northern Style Decoration but located in the South of Thailand. Our room is Superior King Pool View on the 6th floor which absolutely it is needed to stand at balcony and look to 2nd floor to see the pool.

Parking is on ground floor within and outside hotel building (mainly outside without any shied)

Breakfast is offered from 7.00am - 1.00pm which is quite good for party persons. However, only meat offered for breakfast is chicken so -1star here. It would be great to have portion of fish or beef as well.

The location of the hotel provides easy access to shopping and restaurants in the heart of Hat Yai. The rooms are well rated, spacious, clean and equipped with appliances such as
Microwave oven, refrigerator, hot water kettle with sink The mattress is thick and soft.
The bathroom has both a bathtub and a standing shower.
The breakfast room is on the 2nd floor. next to the swimming pool
(There is a drink bar by the pool)
The variety of breakfast
There is enough to choose from as well as having northern food to choose from The service of the hotel staff is not up to 4 stars. There are enough parking places to park many cars. The room price is not high, suitable for the quality.

Overall all is good
The only -1star for hot water inconsistent hot/cold disturb shower ???? ???? +???? bathtub water a little yellow ????
Basin ???? overall is ok!
~hotel has good cleanliness, big spacious room, bed is good but pillow is a little soft for me.
Spacious lobby and building 2 waiting area ????????
Front desk staff are friendly but I would like to highly recommend Ms Namtarn she has good knowledge, great English standard u0026 she has positive attitude to all guests ???????? ???????? lucky u have her!

We stayed for a night in Hat Yai. Marked a popular hotel in Agoda. And its truly is. Relatively new hotel, located at the end of the soi/road. Room are comfortable, clean and nicely equipped as you would expect from a boutique hotel. The staff were attentive. The cafe seems to be a local attraction. Nice deco and late afternoon / evening outdoor seating.

Great hotel that thinks guest-centric, making it a very comfortable place to stay: excellent comfy beds, breakfast buffet open till 1pm, pretty good wifi access without password and disclaimer hassle, quick passageway to shopping street (direct access to 7-11 store), spacious rooms with small sofa.
