The hotel is very clean. Friendly owner???? Beautiful room u0026 toilet✨ There is only one thing missing which is the shower water in my room sits slowly.. The sink u0026 toilet bowl are ok strong water.. 9.5/10 ????

Nice place, polite staff. The room has everything you need, and even more than you expect to see for this price. Water, kettle, hair dryer, and mains filter.
The only moment that made us cheer up was two cockroaches that had to be kicked out

This is what I would call a home-tel rather than a hotel. The property is very new, well appointed and spotlessly clean. I had a very comfortable stay here and will stay here again. The other plus is that this is not a tourist location and there are not too many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. It’s actually separated from the CBD by the train lines which perhaps explains why it is tourist free. It’s only a 10min walk towards the Police Station and once there, you can catch a passing songthaew on Phet Kasem Rd to most places for 10B. 13/6/19 this is my second stay here. A little disappointed this time. For the money, I think the rooms could at least have a reading light and a fridge. There is no kitchen or breakfast option nor a kitchen or relaxing area. While it is tourist free, there is good reason for it. To be brutal, it’s in the poorer end of town among shanties. A female on her own may not feel safe here. I think there are better options.

Room and bathroom neat n clean.aircond so helpful when hot season.water heater functions.comfy bed.pleasant service.(excluding far distance from town or accessible public stop).

need to use sign language, owner doesn't know how to speak english. the place are inexpensive compared to others. easily access to town. can use Grab from here
