I stayed here with my family. They gave me adjoining rooms. It was clean and comfort. Free shuttle for night market and walking distance to our Favourite Central Market. The mosque it just 1 minute walked. It was awesome stay and will definitely stay again in our next trip to HatYai.

A great service hotel, very friendly customer service and speak decent english. Amenities are basic you can expect.

However, noise such as people talking and walking can be painful and may disturb your sleep. We had two nightmare throughout three nights stay, kids upstairs just couldn't settle down.

Breakfast is lame and wouldn't encourage to take breakfast here unless needed to.

Location is 1km to Lee garden plaza which is around 10-15 min walking.

We chose this hotel because it has connecting rooms which we're looking for.

May not come back due to poor sound proof room.

Decent hotel to stay in Hatyai. Walking distance to the market etc. They provide free shuttle vans to go further or if you don’t feel like walking. Clean rooms with basics provided (soap, towel, hot shower, wifi, etc). Love how they make an effort to fold towels into cute elephant ???? FYI the hotel is a non-smoking area but they provide smoking areas on every floor. They might wanna upgrade the lobby and lift, looks a bit run down.

Location within walking distance to Hatyai Railway Station and town area, about 15minutes away. Not the closest but is ok with some walk. Hotel staff are also friendly and rooms are clean. But conditions of rooms not so good, some tiles are broken and paint flaking off walls. It's an old building but recently refurbished, I believe, and the job wasn't done very well. The beds are also very soft and supported on rolling wheels. They tend to be squeaky and may roll from position when moving on it. WiFi connection is also hard to get on. Overall not bad but not a solid option. Attached pic is available shuttle service from hotel.

Service is 10/10 , staff were all very friendly

Breakfast is 10/10 as you can see in the pic, there's also porridge for other options and it's included once I made booking from agoda

Room is 9/10 as the sound proof is bad but the room decoration and bed is very comfortable. Once you finished the mineral water they will always refill for you during room service.

Free tut tut shuttle also provided

I'll come back for this hotel again

Location is good with a lot of shops nearby. Room is clean with basic facility. Kim Yong market and Central Shopping mall within walking distance. A good place to stay in Hatyai. The lady staff is very friendly and helpful.

Transportation was offered to areas of interest. I always felt safe walking in the neighborhood. The rooms are very basic. The air conditioner in the room was so loud you couldn't sleep. The wifi didn't work in the room. Every hotel staff was focussed on helping the customer as much as possible.
