One of the best hotels you can choose in Hat Yai for this price range. The staff will greet you warmly and provide a great service. The room service food is outstanding and the city center, bus terminal and bars are within walking distances.

The room is huge, clean and comfy, free parking. Only issue is i booked double bed but when I arrived they stated that hotel is full and they only have twin bed! But worth staying again though.

As a traveler from Australia I would highly recommend staying here as the staff u0026 rooms and location is amazing very close to everything that you possibly would need, as I’m in a wheelchair accessibility has been great from entering the hotel to the size of room I’m staying in u0026 bathrooms are excellent for people with disabilities.The staff have been super helpful with anything you need so would recommend to stay here u0026 will be back to stay again when here in Hat Yai

only 2 lifts in the hotel so was packed during peak hours. rooms quite hot during daytime

I've stayed in this hotel many times.u200b Those times were normal. But this time I've got one room on 11th floor. This is my first time on 11th floor here.
The ghost knocked the door during night time and pull the curtain.
I pray for the master(spirit) of this hotel but it didn't work.
Btw, the shower head is really terrible. It spreads water around, so I felt not comfortable for taking a bath.

We chose to stay at Siam Oriental Hotel for the location and our last minute booking.

It’s recently refurbished. It’s quite new but can be better.

The things I found not comfortable with - the air conditioning is quite humid and caused unpleasant smell and affected sleep quality. Another major drawback is the water pressure was quite weak, the bathtub was relatively not convenience for kids and elderly.

It’s a good hotel and we just hope the ventilation at the restaurant could be improved. Once entered the restaurant, we could smell the “oil” from the kitchen.
