The hotel is nice and clean, the front office staffs are friendly but the staff at the restaurant don't do their job very well.

At breakfast, the finished plates were left at the table until the table was filled we have to call them to clean up the dishes before taking another plate. Some of them are interested in their phone more than the guests. Would be nicer if could train all the servers to be more attentive to the guests during breakfast.

At lunchtime, we asked questions regarding the food, two staff had answered the same question with different answers. Like they got the difference brief before doing their job.

There was awesome ????
Staff is very kind and room is clean and broad. They arrange our tour and help us to communicate with our driver.

Breakfast is good unexpectedly, room service menus are delicious.

If I have a chance to go to Hat yai, I will go this hotel again for enjoying their kind service!

Overall pleasant stay in a clean room with a decent central location in Hat Yai. The hotel is showing its age a little, the elevators could use better ventilation and the fitness room was awkwardly small. Service was great and the breakfast was quite good, basic but filling.

Went there on my friends wedding days, first i'd walk into the hotel is great the reception has many natural light from the outside it's felt so cozy no matter what's the weathey that days.

Normal room is fine... a bit tight but have everythings you need and a bathroom is decent but the best part of hotel is the sweet room ... the room so big and also can expanse into double room if you've come with many friends and you can see almost the town of hatyai too.

This hotel has a classic vibe. The cleanliness was spot on despite the slightly dated style of the room. I’m impressed by the way they keep everything super clean. I usually don’t care about water pressure for the shower since all hotels have the same standard water pressure, but this hotel’s was amazing! Staffs were really great and welcoming, although some need more training. Location is good and easy to find, you can reach the Greenway market by foot. Breakfast was okay, fried rice and noodle need to be improved. Overall I’m super satisfied with my stay here and the price was really affordable.

I have stayed at the Buri Sriphuany times since it opened. The rooms are comfortable and will equipped, the pool is big enough to get exercise and an unexpected bonus for a hotel of this size. The staff are extremely helpful and in recent times very COVID aware.
The rates are competitive and I'd strongly recommend it to anyone needing to stay at this end of the city

The room smells stinky and moldy!!!
The hotel supposed to have humidifier for each other room.
When We’re stayed couple days every morning woke up so burn my chest and nose smell so strong!!!
