Love King's Hotel. Great location and reasonable prices. Can walk to many places downtown; such as Saxaphone pub, Post Laserdisc pub, Lee Gardens shopping complex, Diana department store, Hat Yai train station, Swan restaurant, and even Kim Yong Market. This is an older hotel, but it has everything you would expect. Hot water shower, a/c, refrig, cable TV, etc.The rooms are a bit run down; but you can't go wrong for 500 baht. Newer rooms on the top floor are much nicer. Corner rooms are much bigger. Many fantastic restaurants an easy walk away. Stay here to enjoy all of downtown Hat Yai.

Old hotel in hat yai.Cheap price. very clean .daily staff will change bedsheets . Staff very friendly. I'm many time travelling hatyai.first choices for me and baby to stay .if you looking hotel .Come and try????????????

Hotel sit near Lee Garden and cheaper than other hotel around here. Room is abit old but still liveable.

Hotel is clean and comfortable, hotel location near to most tourist spot, and there is always tuktuk available outside the hotel, very convenient

The hotel is a bit old, but the aircond, bed, bathroom is ok and clean. Suitable for budget traveller.

ok as cheap hotels go. but so long as your down theire get on the bus ,and head for butterworth u003d6hours from theire get boat to medan you now entered the land of orangantan,and volcainos, and flowers and anermails that has yet to be discoverd one tip dont smoke weed this is not thailand wheire the tourist and theire money is king .here in surmartry you go to jail for two years for one joint. and in the jail its a case of the survilel of the fitest

I arrived early in the evening, my bus came in very late and I missed my connection.
I needed just a short nights sleep and so asked if the staff could direct me to something cheap and cheerful. Instead they discounted the room price and unfortunately sent me up to the most filthy room in SE Asia.
I was so glad to be back in Thailand but so disappointed by the dirty deal King Hotel gave me.
