This place was fine. Fantastic location 3 minutes walk to Hat Yai Railway Station. Rooms (and the hotel) are older style, but well maintained and I found my room super clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. If you need a quick night here then this would be a good pick - works out about $25 USD for the night which is excellent value. Didn't try the restaurant out.

Old designated Hotel buat spacious with clean room and toilet. Comfortable bed and pillows too. We had connecting room since we travel with 3 kids. We are allowed to check in at 1.00pm++ even it mention check in after 3.00pm. Warm and friendly staff.

And of course, it's a walking distance to Lee Garden shooping and food area. Don't missed 7-eleven. We have one nearby this hotel.

Great place to stay at the central town! Clean room and warm welcome by the hotel. Customer service is also helpful ????

Only the amenities like iron and mineral water should be provided.

Nice place to stay in hatyai. Room price per night very affordable even the location right in the middle of city center. Surrounded by many halal restaurants and most of it were walking distance. Nearby Hatyai train station, Robinson department store and tops supermarket. Their staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel were well maintained (been here in 2015) and the room clean as well. Stayed here for 14 days.

Bad hotel management Aloha hotel hatyai.

3.9.2022 bad experience!! my nightmare day. Im booking 6 room for 2 day .for family vacation..1 month before 7.8.2022.

Supposedly Check in 3.9.2022. Already mention about need parking for 2 car.

When im already at hatyai. Im calling hotel management for direction to Hotel Aloha. They said im already cancel my booking.
Since when im cancelling that room?? For what i want to cancel my booking.

Cuz that term i pay at hotel. They management hotel cancel my booking cuz allow people walk in on that day.of coz priced room it different. So they give a reason agoda cancel my booking. I dont received any email from agoda for cancelling.

The management hotel very greedy cuz they know my 6 room for 2 day can make money more on that time double profit.

Management not take any responsbilty for the foult cancel my booking.

Room was clean and tidy and they allowed you to check in earlier before 2pm, depends on the availability of room.
