Good service but parking are limited, 1st come 1st serve. No kettle in the room, need to go lobby for hot water in termos. Got free wifi also. But Toilet bowl are clogged. Need to take action.

1. Decent hotel
2. Clean with spacious room
3. Muslim restaurant (in front of the hotel), convenient store within walking distance
4. Accessible by grab and tuktuk
5. If you ride a van (public transport) from Padang besar border, they can send you directly to this hotel.

***snacks and drinks inside the room are chargeable. Read before eat.

Hotel near centre of the city, easy to get tut tut, have fast wifi. They give me a king size bed and i was very satisfied with it. Cannot get 5 star because i found a cockcroach in my room. Thus, i doubt the cleanliness although its look fine to me.

The lamp only got 1 in the room? Once i got key, they give an un check-out room! Full of other people stuff, i wonder if they accidentally give my room key to others, i wont like that...Lack of security. The bed hard but still ok because the room is very clean. 1 night staying so nothing much to compare.

Poor air conditioning. Making loud cracky sound. Charge extra money for water and no water heater to drink. Should get down with a flask to get hot water and it's dangerous to carry hot water flask all the way to the room as the water keep spilling from the flask provided. There were also two large cockroaches in the room.

The hotel is quite cheaper, the service is good. near 7 Eleven, halal food stall behind the hotel. a lot of massage place, carlsbeg, and ladies nearby. parking available for guest.
