We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights - we could see the main road from the room. There's no balcony or a hair dryer. You can find a water heater though.
The room was spacious, clean and the air-conditioning system was excellent. You could rest well and sleep comfortably during the night. It could be quite cold if it's raining outside with the air conditioning running all night. The two lifts was quite slow, you better use the stairs if you're in a hurry as a lot of customers would use it at the same time. The staffs could speak a bit of Malay but with limited English, however they are friendly and will definitely assist you with your needs and concerns. The shower drain was clogged and there's no iron in the room or at the counter. You're also provided with standard toiletries set and 2 bottles of mineral water ready in the fridge.
