Cons-
Rooms next to swimming pool, the walls paint is bubbling.
toilet not fully clean
Lights in room deem
Soundproofing poor,can hear door closing and talking sounds easily.

U can ask the nasi ayam seller near the hotel. She can speak malay, the area have many stall

I had a pleasant stay here. Their pool was a bonus but a shame that the sauna wasn’t turned on and had limited evening hours that were not posted anywhere. The curtains above my headboard has hair (not mine) hanging/stuck to them. Otherwise the room seemed clean. While the location doesn’t seem much at first glance, wandering down the nearby side streets (away from the university) will bring you to some delightful trendy cafes, a variety of restaurants pricey and reasonable offering a host of delightful western and Thai cuisine.

Clean and newly renovated room (local style), safe carpark and fair price.
Big swimming pool for a town hotel.
But the pool water was on bleach level. Way too much chlorine.
Unsafe, if you would swim longer....

I recommend to Muslims to choose this hotel. because hot springs and spas are provided separately between men and women. meaning it has two separate areas for hot springs and spa.and this hotel is also great because it has a pool which in my opinion is quite large and has a spa as well as a hot springs

The staff were amazing. Everyone of them went above any beyond there job. They are very friendly to foreigners. They helped us get a grab to where we were going. Even told us how much a tuk tuk should cost so we don't get ripped off. Even recommended places to go as well. They done there job with love as well.

Also, for how cheap the hotel was everything was clean. From bathrooms to the pool and hot spa. Very up kept and would stay again.

Only thing it is away for stuff since it is on the out skirt of the city but grab is available and there is a tuk tuk that runs like a bus service that is 20 baht for anyone who wants it. I really recommend considering this place if you visit Hatyai. Especially westerners like me.
