The hotel's location is pretty close to the subway. (which is very convenient for travelling around the city) Overall of the room is nice: wide, clean, and neat. However, the bathroom's door lock needed to be fixed.

The hotel itself is very clean. The amenities in the hotel is great for family especially those with kids. We always had transport willingly available to us from the resort. The staff in the hotel are very helpful and friendly. Ultimately, you get what you pay for. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Espeacilly, it doesnt furnish with curtains. I found the room very decent. Full blast the aircon set to 18 degC and it took a long time of about 10 hrs to cool down to 26 degC. There are good dining selections for all budgets. The value for money is after in my opinion very good.

Heavy rain during my arrival to the hotel and ***y staff was waiting at the hotel lobby to help us with our luggages. The room was okay for the price. Breakfast was very nice quite a lot to choose from. I will return to this hotel for my next visit.

Seems like the hotel is getting a bit off its usual good standard. Only thing is it is quite far from the main areas like MBK, Siam Sq, Sukhumvit. Comfortable rooms with all the facilities. The bathtub so large enough to take half an hour to fill up hot water.

To be honest with you, the hotel looks fine from outside however after I finished my check-in procedure and received my room, it turned out to be a diiferent story. Located in walking distance of MRT station. Breakfast is indifferent I am myself working in the hotel field in HN.

The hotel had a lot of nice things going for it, but over all it did not meet my expectations, and I will not be staying here in the future. The big problem was that i wanted a room with a spa tub, and I got that. But the hotel does not have enough hot water to allow one to use it. The other issue I had was that the towel in my room had some sort of a stain on it. I paid this no attention as it was gone after I used it. When checking out the hotel wanted 500 or 800 baht because there was a stain on the towel. They even brought the towel out to show me. After much discussion they dropped the attempt to charge me but the whole thing just left a bad feeling for the hotel. On the plus the location is good, a quick walk to the subway and a 7/11.
